definately you can apply for sastra while sastra takes in by 2 streams 

one stream is on JEE mains rank and +2

and other is +2 only but you will have high competation in it

with this score you have chances of getting in there

SASTRA university does not give admission on the basis of JEE mains only it also consider the board percent which should be 95+ or minimum 90+

And in mains 100+. They prepare their own meritlist on the basis of 2 criterias:
