thank you for connecting to careers360.com . the IPE marks are not valid in getting a seat in any instituion on basis of JEE MAINS . it is not sure that you will get a seat unde CSE branch in shastra university because the institutions is not releasing the

As per Sastra seats will be allotted based on

Stream1 counselling:Based on JEE Mains score and +2 marks. If you have a good JEE Mains score then it would be easy to get a seat in the course that you wish to purse.

Stream2 counselling:It is purely based

definately you can apply for sastra while sastra takes in by 2 streams 

one stream is on JEE mains rank and +2

and other is +2 only but you will have high competation in it

with this score you have chances of getting in there

SASTRA university does not give admission on the basis of JEE mains only it also consider the board percent which should be 95+ or minimum 90+

And in mains 100+. They prepare their own meritlist on the basis of 2 criterias:
