As you have mentioned that you have secured 770 rank which is a very good rank. But talking about sastra university and of the most demanding branch that is CSE, the competition is very high. So if you could have got rank below 500 then chances would be fair.

Sastra University is a very well known university to make yourself skillful.  Modern equipments are upbringing here. Not all classrooms are modernized but the special classes,  seminar rooms,  laboratories are well designed and modified. Basically there is always a procedure to arrange all the necessary things in the time

If you are comparing Sastra college with SSN college then if we go according to placement then Sastra University has a good record as compare to SSN college but the difference is minor
