Overall it's a good college and college doesn't really mean

      Verified Review
      College Infrastructure

It has an amazing infra. The college is very very big with shops all over the place. The buildings and classrooms are beautiful. Proper cleanliness is maintained everywhere. There are washrooms in every building of the campus on every floors which are properly maintained.

      Academics

Academics is Ok considering its a private college and takes anyone by just seeing the minimum criteria in boards. Teachers are good and will surely help you if you are interested to learn. The library has been recently renovated.

      Placements

The placements depends in the course you are enrolled in and also your average score you are maintaining. But don't expect much even if you have a descent score. Companies do come but not the best ones.

      Value for Money

It's surely on the expensive side but it's not that expensive if you really wanna learn and get a good exposure. They provide scholarships too. The fees of certain courses are really genuine and good but on the other side some courses are really on the expensive side.

      Campus Life

Campus life (like any other college) is amazing no doubt. It's just up to you to make good friends and surround yourself with people whom you feel comfortable and fun to talk with. You will surely find people of every type.

      Others

It's a ok type of college. All private colleges are almost same (a school without uniform). You will be facilitated with everything you need and you will get a chance to just do loads of fun leaving behind your academics. Up to you how you balance them.

      College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is very good and the campus has lots of places to hang out. Canteen and shops at various places, an awesome library, wifi etc etc etc. Cleanliness and hygienic stuffs are at proper care.

      Academics

I am persuing bcom hons degree because I am into accounts and all. Yes the curriculum is updated and it does includes all the recent developments in the field. It's really good when it comes to academics they do try to prepare us for jobs.

      Placements

the quality is totally based upon the performance of the students itself .!!! The college provides you comapny for placement but it's on you wheather you are able to crack it or not. The average salary depends upon the course you are persuing.

      Value for Money

My course cost per year is of 1.5 lakh. I think it's too much for a course like bcom..!! The fees could be a bit more less

      Campus Life

Campus Life is amazing..it's fun here to roam around with frnds especially in the evening time. The staff members are like frnds and the location is safe..!! Yes It can handle emergency.

      College Infrastructure

The university infrastructure is very nice. the campus consists of so many restaurants where we can hangout with friends. All classroom are air conditioner with smart board. The university have hostel facility too for both boys and girls.

      Academics

The university have various departments like MBBS, MBA, B.TECH and many more... faculty is a very nice they use to encourage students to focus on studies and they teach very well. The university syllabus is well organized.

      Placements

Campus placement where there for some departments but for us it was not there even a single company didn't come for placement of our course...so there is no use to study such course from this college if we are not getting placed.

      College Infrastructure

College have all the essential and necessary facilities, infrastructure and equipment. Classrooms have smart board and projector. There are many cafeteria in the campus some are hunting you pocket and some are economic better to get eatables for the outside vendors.

      Academics

Teaching faculty are good the focus one the subject as well as the try to make you understand the concept. They teach us quality. But the issue with the faculty is that they only focus on the PhD program not on job.

      Placements

There are not providing any company visit for placement. This is the worst part of Sharda University. They ask you to go for PhD rather than job. If you are able to crack the exam good other wise the ask you to join thier department to do other higher studies.

Sharda University Review by a Topper

      Verified Review
      College Infrastructure

Sharda University had a great infrastructure. All the essential equipments were arranged in the laboratories, be it, electrical machines or different apparatus. The classrooms and the hostels were equipped with Wifi and ACs. Sports equipments for a number of sports were made available to us. The food in the mess and the cafeterias was hygienic and the residing spaces were clean as well. There were proper mess timings and hygiene was taken care of. In al, the infrastructure was really really good

      Academics

I studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The quality of teaching was good however it could have been better. Less focus was given on the practicals which were very important. Also, the curriculum wasn't very updated as per the industry standards. Efforts were made by the management to include everything but they missed out on a lot. However the teachers were learned and gave us deep insights about the subjects.

      Placements

The placement process was laid out pretty well. However the opportunities were not really good. For core branches, only a handful of companies were invited which made it really difficult for the students to get placed. For Btech students, the maximum package was offered by Byjus(terms and conditions included); however , the role was that of indirect sales. Avg. Salary was around 3 LPA and the highest was 10(only on papers). Overall, less than 50% of the students were placed. The college was supp

      Value for Money

The course was not worth the money. The curriculum was outdated and the teachers were not so proficient in providing the depth of knowledge that they should have. If this is compared to the fees structure that the college demanded, it gets worse. The fees was really really high and the scholarship opportunities were meagre. Even after scoring 99%, was offered only 25% scholarship which is pathetic. Value for money was not there at all. Could have been much much better.

      Campus Life

The campus life was really really great. Students had a number of activities to engage in. The Campus was very lively during the day as well as night. Sports, drama, theatre or whatever you talk about, we could try our hands everywhere. The students, teachers and support staff were very cooperative and helpful. The location was pretty great as it was in a knowledge park surrounded by colleges. The college handled the emergencies really well and good management was there. It was super safe for al

      Others

Everything else was good. However, it would have been much better if the college focused on placements and technology in a better and updated way.

      College Infrastructure

It does have necessary infrastructure and facilities as any other best colleges should have. Yes to Wi-Fi in college, sports feild, cultural programmmes, transportation availability, labs, canteen and great teachers.

      Academics

Curriculum is updated and Teachers have really helped out with every situation and studies. I had studied M.Sc in microbiology and have passed out from 2015-2017 batch. I have started with my job on July 2017 itself.

      Placements

Teachers and HOD mam have been supportive of our future goals. Placement options are there for many students in different feilds but I haven't tried for placements from college. Still got a good job just after my post graduation..

      Value for Money

I did my post graduation in Sharda. My course costed 1 lakh per year (it was 4 semester course) . And transportation costed 1 lakh for 2 years. Canteen we have here is of budget friendly. So not much cost affected here.

      Campus Life

It has many different activities depending on your interest. I have also participated in arts and cultural programmes. Other foreign exchange students and local students, all were supportive and friendly.

      Others

      Academics

They believe in smart work, the curriculum is updated. I was a student of MBA, the quality of teaching is all expertise. They believe in more practical knowledge rather than theories. There are number of industrial visit's.

      Placements

Return of investment. There is a placement cell which makes you interview ready n bring about a lot of companies where you can try it best to get selected. The package they offer is pretty much descent as per qualifications.

      Value for Money

Yes totally, the fees I would say is as equal to as every other business school. The accommodation and facilities provided compensate all that. It's a total worth ,still it depends on person to person how they calculate worth.

      Campus Life

Best!! I would say the best one could get it's huge, you have different courts, fields to play. Their is separate cultural club for every college. Every month there is some of the other activities going on where in u can participate.
