Your rank is 737 in AP PGECET in Mechanical engineering. You want to pursue mtech in Mechanical engineering and based on previous year's cutoff for BC_A category boys your chances are very less in Andhra University College Vishakhapatnam and Sri Venkateswara University.

As of last year cut offs for oc, agriculture

Non farmer quota- general-1852rank , women-1754rank

Farmer quota-general-3706rank, women-3426rank.

You may get payment seat in agriculture as last year cut offs for payment seat are

Non farmer quota (payment) -11100

Farmer quota(payment) -10562rank

The above cutoffs are of last year and are subject to change based on difficulty of paper and number of students who attended the counselling.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting B-category seat in Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Murukambattu (V), Chittoor District but not in Narayana Medical College, Nellore according to previous year's cut-off.
