In other colleges the seats are not even available after gate. Therefore it's difficult to get a seat there.

I am sorry to say but you still won't fetch a seat in your desired colleges in civil engineering.
I would like to tell you that the seats are first filled through GATE and then the remaining seats are alloted

All India Counselling is for all the Colleges of the country, belonging to all the states. So if you specifically want a college in Andhra Pradesh, you will have to apply for the State counselling.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in both the regions either AU or SVU under state quota according to previous year's

you didn't mentioned your category which plays an important role in seat allocation. As you got 23,330 rank in eamcet , it's highly difficult for you get seat in government colleges whatever may be your category but you may get seat in private institutes in AU region .
