Hello aspirant,
Congratulations for getting good rank in AP EAMCET 2020. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but thee chances of admission in the both institution with this rank is very difficult but if the chances get created then that should be in chemical engineering only. For both the institutions the cut off ranks for other all branches are very higher than your rank so you have very low chances in that but there may be some chances in chemical engineering because the cut offs for CE are near to the your rank.
You should go through the below links of the cut offs for both the colleges that you mentioned in the question which will clear your all doubts regarding admission chances.
Also I would like to suggest you to go through our college predictor tool which will help you in finding and predicting some good colleges for you according to your rank and preferences.

Hello Aspirant,
opt for any other well established Private college which has state of art machinery , well equipped labs, proficient professors , and at the end of the day - which has core placements .
If you are gonna study in either SVU or JNTUK , i can't grauntee you may have all of those .
You may have some, or all . That depends on lot of other things. But trust me , after you join you are gonna curve many other things that are not present in those college..It's a human tendancy.

Hello,
In 2018 a candidate with rank 12021 belonging to BC-D category secured seat in Civil Engineering in S V U COLLEGE OF ENGG. TIRUPATHI. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Hi Aspirant,
as per the data you provided and the student who get studied from 6th class to 10th will be considered as the local candidate for the specific studied area, or else if you have any other then considered under non local, there will be certain percentage like for other regions other than the locals there is a complex formulas like district wise locals as it will be 75:25, region wise 60;40, state wise 80;20,
You can simply move well depending on your rank as it will be provided during councelling by eamcet convener websites and apply during counselling.
The facilities and infrastructure of this college are very good . good labs for practicals and clinics and a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books. All the classrooms are fully equipped with high class infrastructure such as Wi-Fi and digital smart rooms. In sports, every sport is available there like cricket, basketball, lawn tennis, etc.
The infrastructure of Shri Venkateshwara University is accessible, but it still needs improvement. BCA Building was very basic and had enough sitting arrangement, but no amenities such as air conditioning. Library provides a quiet study atmosphere, but more books on technology are required. The campus environment is peaceful and has enough greenery, so one can attain a smooth temper while sitting in the campus. However, stronger facilities coupled with better improvements would describe the scene ????
College Infrastructure is mainly average and looks just for show purposes. Labs lack the basic equipment; however, overall facilities should increase more to make the learning experience better. The hostel facilities are low, especially the food that makes it an uncomfortable stay. You experienced it personally for two years.
