Congratulations for getting good rank in AP EAMCET. As you are not mentioned any branch in the question so that I will answer considering the general category. According to last some years cut offs you have good chance of getting admission into some core branches such as civil or mechanical but as cut offs vary year to year for some soft branches like CSE, IT and ECE the prediction of college is little difficult.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get any government seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Andhra Pradesh then there are good chances for you to get government seat in some of the Medical Colleges under SVU Region, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 467 for Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Murukambattu (V), Chittoor District under Home State quota for OBC category.
You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

Even you can get some government colleges on such marks and category under SVU region.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

The facilities and infrastructure of this college are very good . good labs for practicals and clinics and a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books. All the classrooms are fully equipped with high class infrastructure such as Wi-Fi and digital smart rooms. In sports, every sport is available there like cricket, basketball, lawn tennis, etc.
The infrastructure of Shri Venkateshwara University is accessible, but it still needs improvement. BCA Building was very basic and had enough sitting arrangement, but no amenities such as air conditioning. Library provides a quiet study atmosphere, but more books on technology are required. The campus environment is peaceful and has enough greenery, so one can attain a smooth temper while sitting in the campus. However, stronger facilities coupled with better improvements would describe the scene ????
College Infrastructure is mainly average and looks just for show purposes. Labs lack the basic equipment; however, overall facilities should increase more to make the learning experience better. The hostel facilities are low, especially the food that makes it an uncomfortable stay. You experienced it personally for two years.
