Vel Tech Infrastructure is vast and well spread out. The classrooms are modern with smart boards, the lab facilities are well eqipped with high techs for practical learning. The library is a great resource hub both physical and digital access. When it comes to canteen it provides hygiene food with variety of options especially Annapoorna canteen !!!

The academic experience is quite solid. The quality of teaching is very high where most of our professors are PH.D holders. Especially Dr.santhi Ma'am our department HOD don't stick to the books but often takes some real world example to explain concepts. Every other professors are also approachable when you have doubts. The curiculum is updated especially in AIDS department.

The Placements here are really supportive. Try actually train us right in each semester by adding subjects like soft skills, aptitude, Communicative english etc., which really boosts our Confidence. Since I'm a Second year student I don't have much knowledge about it. Yet my mentor said that about 80-90% are placed with an average package of 4-5Lpa.

Placements are good, but not very good, All the maximum faculties are phd holders and the labs are very structured and good. There is a Mac lab also. They will provide training for placements and soft skill subjects as a part of academics. Many clubs are there like dance, musics, arts and drama, ncc, nss, photography.

There are many branches available here. B. Tech cae, ece, eee, cse with aiml, cse with aids, cse with ds...... The subjects were updated according to the latest trends

Comparetively our batch have less placements. But not bad it is good only. The highest packages is 44lpa in Amazon.

Worth for money

There are many club activities and events are there

College infrastructure was very good,all the necessary infrastructure,facilities and equipments were their.and in college canteen food was very hygienic and valuable and healthy and good infrastructure was there.

They provide all the notes of the chapters and it is quite convenient for us. The teaching quality is overall good. But there are some teachers who are not that cooperative with the students and they don't provide perfect study materials.

The quality if placement us really great here. Every 8 out if 10 students get placed here. This college with well developed infrastructure in it's own is a greatest of all perks that it attracts good companies and thus leads to good placements

College infrastructure is average we not have all necessary things in college but it is average laboratories are good it have been improved but wifi facility is bit low faculties are some are experienced and some are new one it is clean and hygienic

There are great professors with a great amount of academic and research knowledge. Faculty is quite knowledgeable and sincere in what they are teaching.The Indian Institute of Technology offers opportunities to some of the best minds in the country. They have excellent thermal and fluid knowledge. Faculty are friendly with students.Semester exams are tough. 90% of students pass.pass percentage is 94%.

The placements are getting great today and only 80% are getting placed through college campuses. Average package is of 4.5 to 7 Lacs per year, and the highest package is of 12 Lacs. Companies which come are Atlas copco, Chegg India, etc. And students have to search internship internships on their own. So placements are good.

Vel tech University is very old established college in Chennai. These University blocks are very old established college so the buildings are not as the present generation infrastructure blocks they are very old.

Faculty in the veltech University are well trained and educated in all the subjects. They use the best methods to make the students learn about the things and get aware about the things happening out of the college.

Placements in the veltech University are very crucial and now a days there are no much enough placement in the University. Placements department is trying their best to bring the companies but as of now they are low.

For low fee structure it will he value for money . But by paying lakhs and lakhs of fee to the University you won't get much more infrastructure wise benifits in this University so depends on the intrest of yours.

Campus life will depends on you in this University as if you want to study u will be busy in works ,if u want to enjoy you can enjoy as of yourself it totally depends on you to get the certificate of college.

I will say it will the average university as of now.

Have very peaceful infrastructure for students. That students can study well. Accommodation is also very well. Except their fee structure and placement everything is well and good. But the ultimate aim of joining in a big is to get a placement. So I won't recommend to join.

Friendly faculty to interact and they teach topics like friends. Good to have faculty like that. Even we have very much friendly and helpful faculty, so them shows partiality among Telugu and Tamil people. They prefer Tamil people first. Especially placement coordinators.

I'll give 40% for the placements. Because, placement Co ordinaters want Tamil people to be placed first. Then only they give preference to remaining. And also in some mnc's 1st round dis qualified people got offer letter and the persons who have attended Hr got rejected.

As for my experience ,I learnt so many things from the lectures and value of people,and there is no need to pay this much of money for studing and also I learn to leave alone and not react all the problems.

No ,there are some infrastructure, facilities and equipments and facilities are good in our classroom, laboratories, libraries, sports centers and hostels and wife is also working good and useful for studying ,food is not hygienic.

I am studying btech computer science and engineering for earning money, quality of teaching is good. Somewhat curriculum is updated and includes all recent developments in the field and some competition topics are required for job

The quality of placement is somewhat good in our college,50 percentage students only placing for jobs and highest package is 5 lakhs is offering for all students and our college is trying to get jobs but currently jobs are not there

Course is 1,70000 cost per year and there is no worth of money because it is too high ,and also jobs are not offering,what we are studying those are not for job ,we are just studying that's it there is no gain of knowledge.

There is nothing to add but I want to add the computer language to teach in a better way because we don't know how to write the complex programs, atleast one programming language want to teach better

Our veltech university is one of the top engineering college in our country as it is old established college thr buildinds and blocks are very old ones. Infrastructure structure will be old lookings.

Academics wise in our vel tech university the faculty of our college are very well trained and educated the methods they use to make us understand and learn about the things are good way if approach to understand.

Placements in the veltech university are average because no many too companies are visiting for the placement but they are trying their hard to provide job for the every sstudent in the college and bringing companies.

As of our time fee structure is reasonable and worth for the money academic will be worth , but the thing that comes to hostel the management is not looking forward thr clean maintenance of thr hostels.

In this university if u want tk get the degree in four years u have to work really hard and exams will going very often. If u leave these things and keep on enjoying then it will be thr problem to get degree.
