Operations Excellence programme is designed in a way to help candidates to make their company operate in an excellent condition.

Step 2: Click on the “Apply Online” button.

Step 3: Candidates are required to create login credentials by providing the required details.

Step 4: Now candidates can log in.

Step 5: After logging in, download the proforma invoice.

Step 6: In this session candidates will pay the fee and download the original invoice.

Step 7: There will be a review process for fee payment. Candidates will be notified after verifying the payment.

Step 8: The programme director will review all applications and accepted candidates will be notified 10 days before the commencement of training.

The Syllabus

The programme starts with introductory concepts that connect decisions related to operations with the larger business strategy of companies, and then proceed to look at various ways by which companies have proceeded in excelling in operations and how those actions have helped provide the companies with a competitive advantage.
The study of best practice cases across different parts of the value chain to help understand how these tools come together to develop the respective company’s competitive positions with the help of excellence in operations.

Candidates can cancel the registration if they want. If they want a refund of the fee they should cancel 15 days before the commencement of the programme.
