The APIMR Ambegaon is a well-stocked library with multiple books covering a wide range of management topics in addition to general reading materials. The library contains a vast array of resources, including textbooks, reference books, CDs, video cassettes, picture albums, and computerised databases. It also has subscriptions to newspapers and periodicals. 

There are playgrounds on the campus in total. These fields have a special facility designed to host sports including football, cricket, jogging track, and holly ball. Sports activities include badminton, table tennis, kabaddi, wrestling, carom and chess grand level yoga programme. 

The APIMR Ambegaon features well-equipped computer labs that are always open to students, complete with UPS backup, necessary software, and a 50 MBPS broadband internet connection with LAN.

The medical help always includes an ambulance, a lady assistant, and a medical assistant.
