GB Pant Hospital located in the South Andaman district serves as a teaching hospital for ANIIMS students. The institute provides doctor assistance for students, staff and faculty in case of an emergency.

The Central Library of Andaman and Nicobar Medical College is a fully air-conditioned two-story building that offers reading facilities, computers, internet, Wi-Fi, scanning, printing, and photocopying services. It subscribes to Indian and International Journals and has a collection of medical books. Newspapers and magazines are also available at the ANIIMS campus.

The cafeteria at Andaman Nicobar Medical College is working on a no-profit and no-loss basis. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with snacks, soft beverages and ice-creams.

Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital (GBPH), a teaching hospital of ANIIMS, has an auditorium that serves as a lecture theatre for clinical discussions and presentations, as well as hosting seminars and workshops.
