This college has three buildings one at the front which is surrounded by glass in the up stairs and the entrance in the down.By entering it has two sides one is left and the other is the right side.In the left side straight is the way to auditorium.In the right side there is class in the left and at the right there is a collapsible gate to the ground where students play volleyball, cricket and sometimes Football.There is a big ground for playing Football beside the college where students sometimes go for playing football.There is another building at the right side of the main building which has three floors in the ground floor there is one big class in the second floor another big class in the third floor there is a class and the library of the college.In the right side through the entrance there is a Canteen in the right side where they offer a special combo of Pulao and Chicken Kosa and Puri and Pea Curry.My class is in the first floor that is the main building in the entrance.They have smart boards in some of the class.They have two hall room in our college this two hall room have smart boards.

This college is affiliated to West Bengal State University.I am in first year I am pursuing Bachelor of Arts from this College.I have taken History, Philosophy, English in Minor and Geography ,Human Rights , Economics , in major and Environmental Science the college has given and English is compulsory.If I can't understand any topic after the explanation I request professor to explain it once again they explain it again.They explain very well.Now they are teaching philosophy class to me.They are teaching zoology to us now.Zoology is a good subject.In minor my philosophy and English class is completed.In our college professor give routine in the WhatsApp group.My class timing is from morning 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.Honours class start from 11.30a.m to 5:00p.m

In Government college there is no placement like private colleges.There companies come for some of the posts.But in this college they come and organise a seminar after taking permission from the principal of the college.Then the college and the company manager fix date and organise the seminar.During the seminar Professor take students from the corridor who don't have class in that particular time period and send them to the Auditorium.The Company employee comes and explain the work to the students and then they take Aptitude test and then Interview after cracking the Aptitude exam.Like this they take students from this college.

In our college they take Admission fees of one thousand sixty eight rupees including I Card fees one hundred rupees miscellaneous fees one hundred rupees tution fees three hundred rupees, Student's Management System one hundred rupees and sports fees hundred rupees and other expenses.They take four hundred rupees in per semester exam.

I spent good time in college,I go to college everyday as I have to give seventy five percent attendance as it is mandatory recommended by the college.I play Carrom most of the time with friends after the college class from 11:30a.m maybe two hours or one hour as long as my friends play.Sometimes when when professor got absent in some class at that time if our friends say that let's play football at that time we play football in the big ground beside the college.

This college has two buildings.This college has a library with various types of books like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and arts book like History, Geography and Political Science.This college has a Canteen where all types of food were cooked at my time.This college has a big playground in the middle where on the other there is Barasat Government School.In that playground both School's Football match and Inter college Football match is held.This college also had a Auditorium at my time.

This college was affiliated to Calcutta University at my time.Now it is affiliated to West Bengal State University.I did B.Sc Mathematics Honours from this college and is one of the best college to do Mathematics Honours here in Barasat.In my college in Mathematics Honours I had Physics,Chemistry, English and Bengali in part one.In part two I had English, Bengali, Environmental Science rest are maths subjects they were Pure Algebra and Discrete Algebra, Probability Theory which included Game Theory and Linear Equation.

In that time there were no placement at our time.I used to study myself for government job exams and then I did M.Sc in Mathematics.Then now I am doing job at India Power which is situated in Salt Lake Sector Five at College More.

At that time the fees for my course was nine thousand per year approx.They didnt take any exam fees at my time.They didn't give any books from the library we take those books studied before exams and then we returned those books to college.

I spend my college very well.I went to college everyday and did a lots of fun with my friends at off period and played football in the ground.During the time of fest I enjoyed a lot with my friends we sat together and danced with my friends in the college concert.

I will say all the best to the students who will take admission in this college.

The infrastructure of the college is excellent with almost all the facilities of academic and research. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. Labs of physics chemistry and biology are well equipped.

The professors of my department are very knowledgeable experience and skilled. They are student friendly and they are always ready to answered the questions of the students and to fulfill the inquisitiveness of the students of the college.

Though there are no well organized placement cells for the students of the college but most of the students go for higher studies and preparation of government jobs. Many of them ago for B.Ed course to be eligible for being teachers in government and government added schools.

The fee structure of the college is very reasonable for the students of the college who usually come from lower income group and poor family. The quality of education in comparison to the fee structure is very high and value for money.

This is a ragging free campus where the students from all different kind of stages of the society can make friends with others. The senior students always take care of the junior students in course of their up.bringing

This is the only Government College in Barasat subdivision. It is a very renowned college where students can participate in games and sports along with good quality education.

My college name is barasat government college. There are four buildings- main building, annex building, library building and another is for mainly science background. In our college, they provides us classes for upsc and computer background classes for our golden opportunities and learning. Here our teachers also join us and helps in all of such works like assignment, any project, or playing, outdoor games and ofcourse in our learning. Our professors are very helpful and very friendly. There are also arrangements of councelling classes for students in our class . And our campus is safe and anti ragging.

My college, barasat government college is under the west bengal state university. I'm arts background student.. honours in english language and literature. And my previous pass subjects till third semester are political science and geography. My aec subject was english. There are vac subject and mdc , those are changeable. This subject college gives us. Other wise our college is well in academics.

In our college, there is Many classes,they provides us for competative exam and upsc exams preparation and also computer classes for our placement. They are helpful and helps us in our preparation for other exams .

As our college is under government, they focus in student's financial conditions, and thinks about every student's learning. Our amount of every semester addmission and exams are low budget than any other colleges. They believe , every student deserve outdoor and book and practical - all experience are necessary for development .so they make every experiences well and important.

Our campus is safe, and anti ragging. We feel safe here and every body are safe and helpful to each other. There are no complaints . But good rated .me and my friends,we are going to aiur Canteen. We play badminton. Those makes memories and our college life beautiful and full of vivid memories.

Our college is very friendly and helpful, good for our learning process, courses and development. We love our college. We want add many books in our library.

College infrastructure is good. Classrooms and lecture halls are quite good.library is also good,all books are available and has sufficient study space . Laboratories are also functional.Wi-Fi connectivity, canteen, sports grounds, parking all are good.

As this college is known for its academics so the syllabus is well designed And teachers are very good in their own subject. They mainly focus on concepts , various exams topics and update us in various new topics.

Placement in some subjects are very good like specially in courses like physics, chemistry and some of subjects have avarage placement like math, english etc. They conduct various recruitement drives practice for giving interview and many more support.

Barasat Government is built on 6 acres land and has Wifi throughout the campus classrooms with well equipped science labs like physics, Chemistry, Botany , Zoology. It has a library with variety of books. It has a Canteen with various foods like Puri, Potato Curry , Fried Rice , Chili Chicken etc. It has sports equipment for playing.

This college is affiliated to West Bengal State University. It offers Undergraduate as well as Post Graduate Courses.It has B.Sc honours on Physics , Chemistry, Biology and Economics both in B.Sc and B.A and it has B.A honours subjects like Bengali,History,English, Sanskrit , Philosophy.In English honours all processors teach well and they take responsibility of completing the syllabus and helping students in doing project and they are very student friendly.

It does not have formal campus placements like private colleges.It focuses on academic growth,but has a Placement and Service Matters Cell organizing career guidance , webinars from companies like IBM, Times Pro , Physics Wallah , job fairs and internship with students often finding roles in teaching or banking or pursuing higher studies.

They take an approximate semester fees of five hundred to one thousand. They take five hundred rupees semester fees for all arts stream exams and they take same but they take little bit more for science students they take thousand rupees. They bring bands and famous singer with a suitable budget and brings the best singer.

We spent a very good time in college talking with our friends and playing games like cricket and badminton.We dance and enjoy in fest they bring singers like Muhammad Irfan.They do Saraswati Puja at that time also they bring bands. They give fried rice and potato curry we enjoy eating them.Hence we have a good time using wifi.

This college is one of the best college in Barasat build on a land of six acres . It has wifi ,with well maintained classrooms ,well equipped science labs for Botany,Zoology,Computer Science and Geography lab.It has a Canteen for students professors and staffs offering various foods like Tea,Coffee,Sandwitch,Cake biscuits and other foods. It has a Concert stage for freshers and college fest.

It offers a strong academics on Science and Arts offering subjects like B.Sc in Physics,Chemistry,Botany and Mathmatics.And Arts like Phillosophy, Geography and History.Here the professors are very good they teach very well and helps us with the project works and research projects.At first it was affiliated to Calcutta University now West Bengal State University.

It doesn't have traditional campus placement like private colleges.It focuses on academics with it career counseling and placement cell assisting students for government exams and private jobs through workshops and resources. The professors on behalf of the placement cell prepare the students for government jobs by taking aptitude exams on a regular basis.

This college takes a very affordable fees ranging from four thousand eight hundred for BA courses to six thousand three hundred for B.Sc courses for the entire degree with M.A. and M.Sc also being low cost, reflecting its status as a Public and government institution.

We spend a good time in this college our professors taught us very well.We talked with our friends about various topics with real life events and other daily topics. In our freshers we did a lot of fun. They offer foods like Pizza or Burgers at freshers and Fried Rice and Chili Chicken.In our time they gave fried rice and chilli chicken.In this College singers like Mahammad Irfan and Bengali Film Star Ankush Hazra came for movie promotion.At that time students really enjoy and they spent a good time.

Good classrooms, great laboratory with all modern equipments. In the classroom smart board is there, all the college premises is very clean. Free WiFi is present for education purpose. Foods are also very hygienic.

I have studied there M.Sc in zoology, as it's a fully government college so there are many facilities like good classrooms, great laboratory. Teachers are so knowledgeable. The curriculum is updated which made me strong in my subject.

Good placements occurred here, many of the students are working in different fields. Salary they are getting is also more or less handsome. Average salary is 4 lakhs per annum. The college is so supportive.

Our classrooms are spacious, have proper seating arrangements. We can play indoor as well as outdoor games in our college campus. Library is big and have enough books. There are enough stuff to maintain cleanliness in our campus.

I did my graduation in this college. We had highly qualified professors. I was a student of English (hons), and our professors taught us very well. They are very helpful. They were always there whenever we needed them.

Our college didn't have placements.. This should be included. Students go to different universities to pursue higher studies.. Some of them prepare for government exams.. Some of them become teacher or professor..

It is a really good college. We did not have to pay a lot of money as this is a government college. We payed a really small amount of money. It was less than 1000 rupees. But the quality of education was never compromised.

We have a small campus. But we can play both indoor and outdoor games. We have a basketball court, a tennis court, a football ground. For indoor games we have carom, table tennis board. There will be more news games in future.

This is a really good college. Our faculty is good. Professors are helpful and friendly. There are facilities for all kind of students. Commom rooms are available for both girls and boys. Our campus is nice.

Infrastructure is good . This college provides standard facilities . This college provides free internet through WiFi service for the students . This college have one of the best laboratories of science department under West Bengal State University board colleges . The laboratories have a very good capacity , all the laboratories are maintained once every week . The library is also so large and very beautiful . There is a good and hygienic canteen . Classes are clean and maintained.No smart boar

This college is famous for its academic records and the teaching quality . I'm studying B.Sc Physics in this college . There are almost all departments are available for B.A , B.Sc and M.A , M.Sc . All the facilities are really very good .

This college don't provide placement . You can't get any internship or job from this college . But you can purchase your degree from here . After doing B.Sc , M.Sc many of the students goes for higher education and many goes for competitive exams , after that they get placement in their own choice of field and thayi get a good job and behind their success this college have a big part , the teachers , the education system is great here .

My course cost 3K per year , the admission fee is 2K . I think about the teaching quality , the facilities , the laboratories this college worth this fees . Being a government college , government give a higher amount that's why this college is well maintained and beautiful . Though this is a government college , this college college provides scholarship , every student can get the scholarship by their results of the board exams .

College life is awesome , really a very good college . There is a large play ground for playing cricket, football . There are washroom for both boys and girls in every floor of our college and also there are drinking water purifier on every floor . We have a common room where we can engage with some of indoor games facilities like table tennis , Carrom etc. The location is preferable .There is Barasat Railway Station by 10 minutes walking distance . Also autos are available.

Closing my eyes I can say that this college is the best part of my life . This college gives me education , manner, strength , friends, experience , great teachers , overall a good time , I'm inspired by this college . The teachers are really well . The college authority is very caring and helpful.
