Chances for CSE Branch in Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat will be tough. Considering your percentile your rank would be roughly around 145000.I have assumed you to be of general category and I will be saying your chances without considering Home-State Quota.

It is not possible to say as  you may or may not get admission into BTKIT DWARAHAT as the selection criteria depends on the seats available but you may apply their for counseling process.

In each branch BTKIT they reserve 2% For kashmiri migrants and 10% for other state quota and also 5 %  for NRI's.

As you did not mentioned the Category wise cutoff list, so I am mentioning about the generally expected cutoff as per the previous years cutoff lists, as if you bagged about 90 percentile of marks or near about 70000 to 80,000 rank of JEE main and under 3000- 4000 ranks in state exam , then you will for sure get selected to one of the good core branches of this college.
