About BTKIT Dwarahat
Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology Dwarahat is a leading engineering institute in Uttarakhand that was established in the year 1986. Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology was established in 1986 as Kumaon Engineering College by Shri Narayan Dutt Tiwari, Government of India. BTKIT Dwarahat was renamed Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology in 2011.

All courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). BTKIT Dwarahat Admissions are offered to the B.Tech programme is based on the scores of JEE Main. According to the admission process Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology of the M.Tech programme, seats are allotted to the GATE-qualified candidates during the counselling on the basis of merit. The admission to the MCA programme is based on the merit scores of the UKSEE. Ph.D admission is based on merit. The BTKIT Dwarahat fees differs from one course to another.
Several infrastructural facilities with boy's and girl's hostels, library, health centre, IT infrastructure, bank, cafeteria, wi-fi, and guest room are provided by Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology. decent infrastructure, decent food, and the water problems it faces occasionally need to be improved. the overall facility can be improved, the library is average. multi-purpose hall is a student hub.
Placement is average and self study is the only of sucess.

Yes, the college has all necessary infrastructure and facilities and equipments. There are smart classes, lecture halls, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels which has wifi facility. They are not much maintained. Living space are clean with moderate hygiene.
