GNM at Care and Cure Institute of Nursing and Research, Kolkata Offline Course

Age: Age must be between 17 to 35 years as on the 31st December 2023. 

Minimum Education Qualification:

a) Must pass ‘10+2’ examination from any recognized Board with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
b) Must pass in English in the (10+2) examination.
c) Candidates passing (10+2) in the Vocational Stream must be from the Health Care Science discipline.

Medical Fitness:

The candidate will not be admitted if she is found medically unfit. The following examinations are to be done at IINR before admission: (i) Physical Examination by a (Registered) medical practitioner, (ii) Chest X–ray PA view, (iii) Routine examination of Blood, urine, and stool, (iv) Blood group & RH factor, (v) Eye testing.

Others:

• Candidates from vocational streams at any open school will not be accepted.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and express in Bengali and English.
• The candidates must be citizens of India and permanent residents of West Bengal for at least 5 years uninterruptedly on the date of application.
• Only female Unmarried /widows/divorced can apply for the course.
• The course is fully residential.
