BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) admission is made through the West Bengal Joint Entrance (JENPAUH) Examination. The institute provides 40 seats for this course.
BMLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology) admission is made through an entrance exam held by the institute. HIHS provides 65 seats for this course.
B.Sc Nutrition (Hons) admission is made according to University norms. The institute has 35 seats for this course.
B.Sc Physician Assistant admission is conducted through the West Bengal Joint Entrance (JENPAUH) Examination. 24 seats are offered in this course by the institute.
25 seats are provided for B.Sc Critical Care Technology course by the institute. Admission would presumably be through the JENPAUH exam, like for other allied health science courses.

M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology in Microbiology and M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology in Biochemistry admission is done through an entrance examination organised by the University. 6 seats are provided in every specialisation.
