My collage was established on 1835. In the British period. Fot this it's very old architecture but its have a vibe of that time. Personally I like it. If any body see our collage he or she definitely fall in love with this.
They are known for their one of the best education in India. It's a reputed college every body knows. Every professors are so good and they all are great in their field. In case of only academics I told they are one of the best.
Mbbs dont have placement, after completing mbbs you have to qualify exam for government hospital jobs. But if you dont want a government job you can also join private hospitals and also you can open your own clinic.
I dont know how to comment on this topic but its worthy because you have a chance to get lots of well wishes from the people around you and from the people who treated by you. So it's really valuable.
Campus life is great. New friends, hostel life, full of enjoy and fun.
From my experience, college Infrastructure for UG students is upto the mark. Newer and better is always on the horizon, when it comes to the infra. The infrastructure stands up to the reputation of the college.
Home to the best of medical students from all of West Bengal and beyond, the students and the respected faculties develop an environment conducive to curious learning, bringing out the best out of the students, which shows on their PG entrance as well.
Placements are average for a medical college of this stature. But it is upgoing. With time, it will only improve. Countless alumni of this college have been at various prestigious spots in the past, from Dr. B.C.Roy(ex CM of WB) to the 1st President of Nepal.
The spirit of the medical profession demands beyond money. However, it is only human to have a baseline dependence on money in the current economic system. Thanks to the welfare over the years, studying here is highly affordable and alumni have garnered deals as they please.
Campus Life is cool but confusing. Hostel Life is chill and calm(depends on roommates as well). The huge campus being filled with big and small builds for healthcare hardly has any large playground. Yet there is infrastructure for tennis and table tennis. Library and a reading room are maintained in silence and discipline with books that smell and speak heritage.
One of the best medical colleges of the eastern country if not the whole. Student infrastructure is well maintained and the atmosphere is apt for academics. The ROI is really good and the professors are quite experienced as well as open to approach. Sitting at the heart of the city, the campus is well poised and large but confusing.
The college infrastructure was outstanding, had big Labotories, Big and clean classrooms, staffs were maintaining the overall building nicely. Most of the college classmates were friendly and well behaved.
Great experience about this, a few teachers were a bit harsh, but I believe they must have wanted the best for us, so they were showing us reality of the future. We have learnt so much important lessons from this college .
Placements are not that bad after completing my degree there i worked a few years there, then as i wanted to build something of my own, i moved to Delhi then currently I've my own clinic in Mumbai of my own
