Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta offers admission opportunities to individuals who are interested in pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes across a wide range of academic disciplines. Admission to all the Catholicate College courses is made through the Mahatma Gandhi University Centralised Allotment Process (MG CAP). Candidates are normally admitted to the Catholicate College Ph.D programme after passing their Ph.D qualifying/entrance examination followed by an interview. Candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Catholicate College UG courses and then apply to MG Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The application fee for UG courses is Rs 800 (Rs 400 for SC/ST).
While registering for admission, candidates should select Catholicate College as the desired college and choose the desired UG courses.
After registration, a rank list is prepared and published online. Selected candidates are allotted seats at the respective institute.
Candidates should visit the Catholicate College campus for document verification and pay the fees to confirm admission.
Candidates can apply to 2 self-financed Catholicate College PG courses, namely the Master of Tourism Administration programme and M.Com Financial Management.

The Ph.D admissions of Catholicate College are governed by Mahatma Gandhi University and are provided in many disciplines like Chemistry, History, Botany, Commerce and more.
