Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

The admission to BE courses will be made through counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of C.G. on the basis of CGPET or JEE Mains scores. The branch-wise intake are reserved for State Quota and All India Quota. The percentages of various quotas are decided by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), State Government. For admission under State Quota, a candidate is expected to qualify in PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM).

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of college is good you'll see greenery around classrooms are big and tidy laboratories are well equipped sports centre is useless all equipments there are in dust now , hostel is not good living space is though clean

College infra is average its in the outer of bhilai , classrooms are big and clean there is well managed library sports are there but you can't play every time , hostels are messy wifi not available in the campus , living space is clean

I wished I could have join other college

College is good good infra but not upto the mark as there are no proper facilities no equipment , classrooms are big and near libraries are useless , no sports , no wifi , hostels are dirty and third party
