Hello,

Since you didn't mentioned the name of the examination for which you want to know the cut-off criteria so,  here by I am providing you with the cut-off criteria for NEET and JEE through which you can get the govt.  Or private medical or engineering colleges respectively.

For NEET

General category - 50% (720 - 138)

SC/ST/OBC - 40% (136 - 108)

And for JEE

CRL 86 – 91
GEN/EWS 77 – 82

As per my knowledge,  2A,2B or 2C category falls under OBC or ST category only.

Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. I see that you scored 445 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS or BDS. Anyways there are chances for you to get a government seat for BAMS I. Telangana. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is basically an undergraduate degree program designed in such a way that it makes students familiar with the integrated concept of Modern Medical Science and Traditional Medicines, i.e. it is focussed on Ayurveda. The duration of this course is 5.5 years including Internships. These are few of the colleges in Telangana for BAMS

1. Dr BRKR Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Hyderabad, Telangana.

2. Anantha Laxmi Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Warangel, Telangana.

3. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Heath Sciences, Warangel, Telangana.

4. MNR Ayurveda Medical College, Medak, Telangana.

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well .It's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appeared, difficulty level of the paper, seat matrix and overall performance of the students. But we can have a general idea based on last year cut-offs as this year it's going to be somewhat similar.

You mentioned your state to be Madhya Pradesh and your category being general and AIR 36784 . Congratulations, you do have chances of getting a seat in some  government colleges based on NEET 2020 cutoffs through Madhya Pradesh State quota counselling .I'll list the name of the colleges below :

1) Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara : NEET 2020 closing AIR for general category : 39658

2) Government Medical College,Khandwa : NEET 2020 closing AIR : 38174

3) Government Medical College,Shahdol : NEET 2020 closing AIR: 42080

4) Government Medical College,Shivpuri : NEET 2020 closing AIR: 41384

5) Government Medical College,Datia: NEET 2020 closing AIR : 39129

For further information on the above colleges ,you can visit the link given below:

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp As far as your next question is concerned, the impact of the 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation will only be on the 15% AIQ seats in the colleges and not on the 85% State quota seats . Rest the cutoff may vary slightly from last year given that the overall performance of the students who appeared from your state in NEET 2021 is not very different than the last year's performance.

All the best !

Hello Student

First of all congratulation for your excellent ranking in all India level Neet ug exam. You have mentioned that your rank is 678 in all India ranking. This ranking is no doubt very good ranking for getting  an AIIMS all India Institute of Medical science in India. But as you are interested to take admission in UG courses of Medical science in AIIMS Bhubaneswar, the cutoff for 2021 for AIIMS Bhubaneswar shows that for general candidate  is 576 in all India ranking so  you have a bright chance and you can take it' surely to get admission in AIIMS for MBBS courses likeMB BS BDS etc in AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Foreign medical graduates or FMGs need to qualify the Examination conducted by th e Medical Council of India (MCI). It provides practice certificate to foreign medical graduates if they qualify the FMGE(Foreign Medical Graduates Examination).

It is compulsory for foreign graduates to qualify this exam to start their practice in India.

Though you dont need to appear and qualify the test if you have completed your MBBS degree from Colleges in below mentioned countries-

• MBBS in UK (United Kingdom)

• MBBS in US ( united States)

• MBBS in Canada

• MBBS in New Zealand

• MBBS in Australia

Starting 2023, when the National Exit Test gets implemented, all final-year medical students will need to take it in two steps. All local MBBS students will start internships in the colleges where they graduated. Foreign students successful in the NEXT step 1 exam will have internships in designated sites.

After a mentor-certified internship, they will need to appear for the NEXT step 2 exam and can get a license only after clearing it.

I hope you find the answer helpful. Thank you.
