The college infrastructure is good, there's a library, sports ground, study rooms etc. There are over 9-10 hostels. The one thing with the hostel accomodation that could be improved is having an attached washroom in each room
The teaching method in the college is good it's very interactive from which students get to voice their thoughts and opinions in the class more openly, presentation and class activities are conducted which makes the learning interactive
The placements from the college is good, top tier companies come for recruitment and the package offered is also good it is satisfactory. A lot of support is given through the placement process with mock GD and interview sessions
It has one of the best infrastructures i have come across with high end classrooms, well built academic block, finance lab, 24x7 library and much more. It provides even classes specifically made for online video sessions.
Courses offered to build a base for students with professors who are good at what they do. Also allows students to grow in the field they want to with hands on experience and also real life scenarios.
Compared to different MBA institutes in India it provides an equal amount of opportunities. With the growing competition it is ale to sustain and beat the market. Students get an average package as per the market.
100% value for money. Campus life alone can cover for it along with the connections that you make with people from all around. It pushes you to your limits and makes you ready for the real world in the best way.
The best campus experience. I think no other college in India provides a campus experience like this. The campus life here is comparable to the institutes in any foreign country and provides the best experience possible.
If you see it facility wise, hands down it has the best campus life. Huge ground, gym, pool tennis court, basket ball court and everything. Classrooms are also really nice and hostels ig are one of the best you would find compared to other Bschools.
Some faculties are really nice and others are really NOT nice, they dont even know how to control classes. We are basically just physically present in those classes and mentally roaming, some courses also feel very redundant.
It is pure luck when it comes to placement, and I feel that is the case everywhere. My luck was good during SIP therefore I got placed in first month itself. Since it is a tier 2 college they dont have placement week rather placement goes on for the entire year with comes coming here and there. Even if you get shortlisted once you need to be prepared for that one chance and kill it!
ROI is poor. Facilities being nice you would feel you are at right place but placement and fees do not match really. Also dont think that you are coming to 'GOA'. College is faaaaar from the goa you expect, if you are rich or have your own car you might be able to go to that goa frequently otherwise.....
Campus life is amazing! Something is happening all the time. PRAYAS the sports club makes sure some tournament is going on at eny given point, the cultural club celebrates each and every festivals and the parties in hostel rooms are non stop. You wouldnt have any complains with campus life. The campus is BEAUTIFUL!
Overall the college is 7/10 I would say, Placements might seem bad, campus life is amazing. Friends depends upon you. Peers I think you would get good as the cut offs have been raised to a decent level. At the end it all depends upon how you make the use of your time. Participate in good casecomps and get the best SIP/Placement you can maybe?
The College has great infrastructure. The classes are well equipped with latest Technology. If you are a sports enthusiast this is the place for you, the sports infrastructure is just excellent , no sports left behind. The Hostels are comfortable and clean, gives you a sense of home.
The faculty here are very knowledgeble and smart. specially the Faculty from Marketing and Operations domain. the peadagogy changes from faculty to faculty but the teaching is quite great compared to colleges in the same tier.
The placements are well rounded with people from different background and different work experience level getting an opportunity to sit for the placement cycle. Many top level MNC's come on Campus to hire. The placement report on their website gives very much a true reality of how the placement here happens.
Overall I would say a great value for money with regards to experience, teaching, campus life , placements and not to mention the scenic campus GODS OWN CAMPUS. I would say worth every penny you spend if you play it right in the college.
The Campus life is outstanding, you will never be bored at this college. You're either stressed about deadlines or participating in some of the events organised by the student run clubs. It is never a dull moment at GIM. I personally being a member of a club could vouch for fun and entertainment all round the year.
Overall, infrastructure is good and star of art technologies were used. Although, the library had less books and less online books. There was no medical room in the campus. So, it was not favourable for sick students. There was once instance when there were no computers available for us to take an online test.
Faculty that were arranged for us were barely good, some would just come and recite from the books and only few were there who took good interest on our learning but they left away soon. Course curriculum wasn't up to the level there should have been more good module.
The placed in two firms, one was Vodafone and other one was Codex info solutions Pvt. Ltd. which was a fake one. Overall, the packages offered to the freshers like me were not at all good. I would suggest to weigh the options better with respect to getting an admission in this university. After all, it is our future we are investing in.
The has the best infrastructure facility in with full digital i.e ( CCTV) covered campus. As it is situated near Bagru in Jaipur the campus is set up in 10000 acres of land. The Campus consists of a doomed building which is the beauty of the campus.
Honestly speaking teacher at University for MBA course there is a mix of best teacher and also the super .but the overall teachers are very helpful. Even we follow the latest curriculum for MBA course, we follow the basket system rather than dual specialization.
. There was a 100% placement in our college. 2. The highest package for the year 2024 is Rs 13 Lacs by Makemytrip. The lowest package is Rs 4 Lacs only 3. Roles from each domain job have been offered but the starting is for sure from an S1 level only. 4. Internship is a compulsory part of the curriculum internship is 100%.
The facilities and Infrastructure that is given to us is good. The proper clean campus is provided to us. Manipal University Jaipur has been ranked 10th in 10 universities for academic excellence by the highest education review magazine. Food quality is good.
teachers are very helpful they are well qualified and with good knowledge. There teaching quality is up to the mark without any doubt. The idea behind the question argues that in modern-day with the fast development of technology, the need for specialists will progressively decrease causing the current teaching philosophy in higher education.
99% of students were placed from our college. The highest salary provided was 14 Lacs and the minimum was around 3 Lacs. Amazon, Infosys and ICICI Bank. Marketing Managers, brand manager, market research. Finance Officers, HR analyst was the top role offered. maximum 14 Lacs and minimum 3 Lacs were the salary packages.
There is good Wi-Fi facility on the campus, and the lab is also good. There are very good hostels, but the fees are very high. The sports facilities of the hostel are also good. There is a very big canteen where 1000 students can sit at a time, and the lab classes are very good.
Teachers are very good, have good knowledge, and usually, 90% of students pass their semester exams. Students are taught according to the course, and the semester exams are not too difficult. Some teachers have studied and all the teachers are good.
From every batch, 90% of students are placed and passed. The highest package is 60 to 80 Lacs, the lowest package is 4-5 Lacs, and the average package is 7-8 Lacs. Big companies like Google and Microsoft come to the campus, and the internship facilities are also very good.
We do have many chances to be on the campus, but I have found all the facilities. The college also strictly followed collide protocols as it has all the infrastructure in place. Students can even access all the class recordings on their online portal. Dual-occupancy hostel rooms are available for both girls and boys
Teachers are very helpful, qualified and dedicated to their roles. The quality of teaching is also excellent as they focus on every student in the class. The course is interesting and incorporates practical application. Various sessions take place with industry experts that make students get insight from the real world.
In the final year, the college has supported students with internships of work from home or on the field. They have a strong corporate network, and due to it, a large number of companies and startups come for college placements. The salary package offered went down as a result of the pandemic. Yet, it is around 5-6 LPA.
The infrastructure is very good here, even though the campus area is not much. Wi-Fi is available on the campus and in the hostel. Classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with a white screen and projectors. The mess area is clean, and the food provided is also fresh. Medical support is provided on the campus.
Faculty members here are very humble and knowledgeable who make you feel like you are at your home. Their quality of teaching is exceptionally good. In every specialisation, students get various subjects to choose from as per their interests.
It has been providing a lot of support for placements and internships. It also offers many live project opportunities to students. Faculty members here are in contact regularly with students and provide them guidance. The alumni network is also great here who help in placements as well.
Hii,
If banking, finance, and insurance are of interest to you, pick GIM Goa (BFSI); it has a strong brand and excellent industry connections.
If you enjoy managing factories, supply chains, or logistics, SIOM Nashik (Operations) is the best option. It's a specialized field with excellent operations.
Overall, IMI Bhubaneswar (PGDM) is respectable, but not as good as SIOM or GIM.
GIM Goa (BFSI) is the best choice overall because of its superior brand, placements, and potential for expansion.
SIOM Nashik is the best for operations only.
Hello,
Studying MBA Finance from NIA Pune or NIBM Pune can be valuable if you aim to specialize in insurance, banking, or financial services. These institutes focus on niche domains, offering strong industry connections, sector-specific curriculum, and placement opportunities in reputed organizations within their respective fields. However, if you're looking for broader career prospects and better brand recognition, GLIM Chennai or GIM Goa may be better choices. Both are well-regarded for their comprehensive programs, diverse peer groups, and strong placement records across various sectors.
