Well 110 is not a bad score I must admit, however GLC ranges its cut off amidst 140 to 120. You can still try for ILS, even though the general category closing marks is around 110 and 111 and there is a little possibility that you get in.

After analysing the results of CLAT 2019, your rank and score seems low. It will be tough for you to get into any government law college, bit there are multiple options available in the private institutions which you should consider. Naming a few:
