Hello Chandhok,

First of all, congratulations for scoring 1o9 marks that is good enough and a rank of 752 in General category. This marks of yours in your hands will give you fair enough opportunity to get into the best colleges under MH CET.
109 marks in MH CET will give you a chance to enter some of the best colleges in Maharashtra for Law.
However when we talk about Government Law College, Mumbai, your chances of getting into this college appears to be quite unlikely because in general category, this college offers a cutoff range of 144-127 marks which makes it hard to reach with your marks.
Now when we consider ILS, you have a better chance to enter this college when the cutoff falls through.
But considering your marks, you have chance to take admission into some of the other top colleges under MH CET like -

  • Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani Law College, Mumbai
  • Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, Mumbai
  • Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai
  • Rizvi Law College, Mumbai
  • Shankarrao Chavan Law College Pune
  • St. Wilfreds College of Law Mumbai
  • Shri Shivaji Maratha Law College Pune

The above mentioned colleges are among the top most, so you have an opportunity to explore these options, however I suppose you must be giving clat, your marks make me feel you have bright future, so study well to get an NLU which would be far better than any of these.
Hope you find the above information helpful, however in case of any further queries please feel free to comment below.

Hello Mayur,

Well, with regards to the marks that you have scored, I am sorry to say that your chance of getting into Government Law COLLEGE Mumbai seems to be negligible, In the light of trends  the Government Law College opens up admissions for SC category at around 129-96, since your marks are far less, you can not get into the college. However you don't have to worry because there are some of the colleges that take admission to the extent of the marks that you have received, and also they are the top colleges under MH Cet.

The colleges that you have chances to get an admission in are following -

  • Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, Mumbai
  • Rizvi Law College, Mumbai
  • St. Wilfreds College of Law Mumbai
  • Manikchand Pahade Law College Mumbai

Based on your marks, the above mentioned colleges are going to take your admission, so don't panic because of your less marks, instead you have fair chances to get into these top colleges.

Hope you find the above information useful, however in case of any questions, please feel free to comment below.

Good Luck!

chance of you getting ILS and GLC are very less but you can try for RiZvi college, Mumbai.

You have great score in MHCET. If you come under Open Maharashtra category you can get GLC and if not than you to wait till 2nd or third list because cut off for GLC is high. And you can have ILS as your back up plan.

To get into GLC is tough with your score even with a caste certificate because the cut off for GLC goes high but you can wait till 3rd list .And if not GLC than there are colleges like DY patil, Pravin  Gandhi, lLS though chances are tough to get into ILS.
