Sorry but you won't be able to get admission in govt medical college as these marks are quite low to secure a seat in govt medical college .

If you are entitled to the seats in the u.t pool (85%) then according to last year's statistics you should get in with 490 marks. If you're trying through the all India pool (15%) you need a score of 610+ marks/ all India rank in top 200.
