Hello student,
You have neither mentioned which category you belong to nor the state you live in. But when comparing the results of previous years, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category and 500 or above for obc category. For SC and St, 400 or above was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical colleges. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Hi Ankur.

First of all heartiest congratulations for your marks. It is really an amazing score to reach and our rank predictors predict that your AIR could be well within 100, the range being 75-200 and your OBC category rank being in the top 100 as well. This is a huge feat and yes your chances for obtaining IMS BHU are well within reach as last year's closing rank was around AIR 1000 for OBC Category candidates. I hope you get your dream college. As neet official cutoff ranking is still not yet released
All the best

Hi tarun,  last year the government medical college and hospital chandigarh closed for general category at 561 marks.  You do have a chance in gmch if you get 580 marks in neet 2019. Still the cutoffs vary every year. Hope this helps.

Hello
Sorry but getting a govt medical college with this score is quite tough as the cutoff varies every year from state to state and college to college. You might get a seat in private or deemed college with this score.
Goodluck I hope this helps you
