Hello Ajay, as per last year cut off , students with 560 + got seat in college you mentioned in this question. And you are less than that but near of last year cut off. Cut off changes every year. If it decrease for this year you will got seat

The minimum marks to grab seat in government medical college and hospital, Chandigarh 2018 under all india quota for general category was 637 closing.
And for the same criteria mentioned above the closing marks in 2017 was 653.
