Well the government medical college and hospital in Chandigarh is complete government medical college and that is why there is no provision of any private seat being allocated there to any students. Hence I don't think you will be able to get a private seat and the cut off

You can get 85% quota only if you have completed 11th and 12th from Chandigarh otherwise you will not get 85% and you have be satisfied with 15% only.
To get GMCH you must get atleast 550+ or sometimes 600+(considering last and last to last year cutoffs).
