Yes you can. eligibillity is minimum 60% aggregate in ITI. You have to take CAP exam and get a decent score which will make you eligible for the college. Try to score above 80%of the total score. Practice until you have time and revise old topics when you cover

College Infrastructure
Government Polytechnic Mumbai has an old but well-maintained campus. The computer labs are updated with required systems and internet, while classrooms are simple yet comfortable. The library is rich in technical books, and workshops give a good learning space. However, hostel seats are limited and get filled quickly.
