According to what I have experienced the college till now, I can say that the college has good placement records. The hostel is average. Teachers are good and environment is awesome. Located in a very beautiful site, thus gives amazing feel of the nature. Well maintained campus and hygienic facilities. Really affordable fee structure and many more options for financially weak students. The college has well succeeded alumnies. In all, it is a worth attending institute for engineering and technology.

Batch of 2015 | B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Being one of the oldest and prestigious colleges in the state of Punjab, it is one of the most known colleges there. I lived in Ludhiana and as such, I was a day-scholar. So, I never really got any kind of hostel life experience there. My friends staying in the college hostel said that the life back there was good, with the late night fun and parties. The food at the mess was decent. The infrastructure in the college is decent. The college authorities have been introducing lots of new facilities like the Verka, Nescafe booth etc. for the students. During my time there, I found that the college crowd improved every year. There are very few, active, student societies and clubs for engineers. In terms of the faculty, there are only a few good professors I remember. In terms of the affordability, the fee is quite affordable. In the end, I can just say that if you believe in yourself and are honest with yourself, you'll be fine there. And the 4 years there will be a great time in your life.

My engineering at GNEC has been a scintillating experience. It is my engineering, which made me ready for industry i.e., to get placed. Student life at GNEC is awesome, with lot many life long friends. Guru Nanak Institutions is one of the largest educational groups in India with 10,000+ Students currently enrolled in various programs of studies including Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Business Management, Computer Applications and Dental Science. The infrastructure of GNEC is excellent with Green campus, State of the art labs, Sports, Libraries, GYM, Food courts, Banking facilities, Hostels for boys and girls, transport, dispensary etc.

College life is good but we can't consider it better than school life. GNE college is a reputed college and provides many facilities for many students get a path to show their talent. The college provides many facilities but here in college we have to grow yourself, i.e, we have to outshow yourself on our own, not like schools that the teachers will all the time behind you. GNE college has been developed since 1956 and has achieved greater heights. Dr.********had integrated it and in remembrance of him, his ambassador car is still there in the college.

The infrastructure of college is good. Teachers are not so good. There is no placement of mechanical branch. There is no exposure at all. Nobody talks about creativity. Please don't take admission in this college. Mess food is very bad. Its average college. Don't know what to do?
