Guru Tegh Bahadur 4th Centenary Engineering College has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment required for students. The classrooms are well-maintained and equipped with facilities like air conditioning and Wifi connectivity, making the learning environment comfortable and convenient. The laboratories are well equipped for practical learning, and the library has a wide range of academic books and study materials useful for students across different streams of Btech. The campus is clean and maintained, with healthcare, gym and mentorship facilities as well.
The quality of teaching in the college is good, and the teachers are very helpful and supportive towards students. The faculty members are approachable and guide students not only in academics but also regarding internships, projects and career opportunities. The curriculum is regularly updated according to current industry requirements, and the faculty ensures that students stay informed about new developments in their respective fields. Overall, the academic environment is encouraging and student-friendly.
As a student of the 3rd batch of this college, I've personally seen the placement opportunities grow over time. The quality of placements at the college is gradually improving, with good companies visiting the campus Students who focus on developing their skills and gaining practical knowledge can definitely secure good opportunities. The college is supportive when it comes to placements and internships, and the Training and Placement Cell works actively to guide and assist students throughout the process.
The course fee is reasonable. Students who make proper use of academic resources, internships, hackathons and skill-building opportunities provided by the college can definitely find the overall experience worth the investment
Campus life is enjoyable and friendly. Students get opportunities to interact, make good friendships, and participate in various activities. There are several places to eat and spend time around the campus, which makes college life more lively. The students, teachers and support staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Students can engage themselves in various societies according to their interests. These societies and clubs include coding, media, arts, theatre, music, dance and many other creative and technical fields which add more excitement and exposure to campus life. The college also provides counselling support, where students can seek guidance and help whenever needed, which creates a positive and supportive environment.
What truly makes college life meaningful are the people, experiences, teachers and friendships we build along the way. My experience here has been positive, and the college has provided a good environment for both personal growth and academic learning.
The infrastructure of Guru Tegh Bahadur 4th Centenary Engineering College is average and still developing because the college is relatively new for B.Tech courses. The classrooms are decent and equipped with basic facilities like projectors and air conditioners, although maintenance can sometimes be improved. Labs are functional and useful for practical subjects, especially in IT and CSE, but some systems and equipment need upgrades. The library and reading hall are good for self-study and academic preparation. The campus is comparatively small, so students may not get the large-campus experience like bigger engineering colleges. Wi-Fi facilities are available in some areas, though connectivity is not always consistent. The canteen food is affordable and decent. Sports facilities are limited, but there are societies and extracurricular activities for students. Overall, the infrastructure is manageable for studies but still has room for improvement.
Academics in the college are decent, and most faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. Teachers are generally helpful toward students and guide them during assignments, practicals, and examinations. The curriculum followed under GGSIPU is updated and includes subjects related to programming, communication skills, and technical learning, which helps students build industry knowledge. The semester system includes mid-semester and end-semester exams, and students who study regularly can score well without too much difficulty. The college focuses more on theory along with practical lab work. Some teachers are very interactive and encourage students to participate in projects and extracurricular activities. However, more industry exposure, workshops, and practical implementation would make the academics stronger. Overall, the academic environment is disciplined and suitable for students who are serious about engineering studies.
Placements are currently average because the college is still new in terms of engineering degree batches, so placement records are still developing. The placement cell provides internship opportunities, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students. Seniors have managed to get internships through their own skills and external platforms. Since the campus shares connections with GTBIT, students expect placement opportunities to improve in the coming years. Students interested in coding, development, or higher studies need to work on their own skills alongside college academics. Companies for internships and training programs do visit occasionally, but students should not depend entirely on campus placements and should focus on self-learning, projects, and competitive coding. The college has potential, but placement growth will take time.
Considering the fee structure under IP University, the college offers decent value for money. Students get an engineering degree from GGSIPU along with access to basic academic facilities and a supportive environment. The location of the college in West Delhi is also convenient and well connected through metro and public transport. Although the campus size and infrastructure are not exceptional, students who focus on skill development, internships, and self-study can still make good use of the opportunities available. For students getting this college according to their rank and budget, it can be considered a reasonable option. The faculty support and decent academic atmosphere make it satisfactory overall.
Campus life is decent and friendly. The crowd is generally supportive, and seniors are approachable and helpful toward juniors. Various societies, technical clubs, and cultural activities are organized throughout the year, which keeps students engaged outside academics. Events and fests may not be as grand as bigger colleges, but students still get opportunities to participate and enjoy college life. Because the campus is small, students may sometimes feel limited in terms of sports and open spaces. However, the college environment is safe, especially for daily commuters, and the Rajouri Garden location gives students access to cafes, malls, and metro connectivity nearby. Overall, campus life depends a lot on how actively students participate in societies and activities.
Guru Tegh Bahadur 4th Centenary Engineering College is a decent option under GGSIPU for students pursuing B.Tech. The college is still growing, so there are some limitations in infrastructure and placements, but the faculty, academics, and student environment are supportive. Students who are willing to work on their own skills, coding, and internships can build a good career here. Overall, it provides a satisfactory college experience with scope for future improvement.
The experience in this college is fine....not too good or bad... Well , there should be more facilities provided to students like better quality of apparatus, a good recreation place ...ex: a gym with good facilities.... Better facilities for lectures are necessary to be provided as many people face difficulty in seeing the board and basic infrastructure does require a proper maintenance.
The faculties are fine.... Some are really good and some are fine... But yes, all the professors are quite cooperative and understanding when it comes to listening to students plea...which is pretty appreciable, but it would be better to provide more practical based projects which are required at the industrial level and for the future requirements...
Well, till now no one has been placed yet from this college...but the college has tie up with renowned companies from both private and government sectors respectively... Many students are getting internships at very respectable firms ,so hoping for good placements..and rest all depends on the one's performance.
The college is average nd has a decent crowd, having a small campus so it lacks some facilities but the teaching quite satisfactory...some are really good and some are average. It would be value for money only one is okay with a small campus ,otherwise nothing too special.
Pretty good in this case , as the college is placed in a good place where many things are available close by as per requirement... For both education and personal related.. There are alot of things across the college So, the location of the college is pretty appreciatiable.
Please make more facilities for students for recreation like gym with proper facilities,..., more and more workshops , cool projects and tech related activities should more enforced as practical knowledge is necessary for the future realm.
Well-maintained campus with clean surroundings. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and comfortable seating. Library has a good collection of books and provides a quiet study environment. Labs are modern with functional equipment. Sports facilities are decent, with grounds for outdoor activities
Curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to match industry needs. Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive Teaching methods mix theory with practical examples Workshops, seminars, and guest lectures provide valuable exposure.
Placement cell is active and provides consistent help throughout the year. Companies from various sectors visit the campus Training sessions for aptitude, interviews, and soft skills greatly improve student readiness. Average package is decent, with a few students securing high-paying offers. .
All in all i paid around 1.2l per annum and i would say it was a good investment
Good friend and area Some of the best time I had Amazing and would definitely recommend
The college campus is small but has all the laboratories needed and they are well functioning. Classrooms are average and have functional air conditioners. Hygiene is not very adequate. There are no hostels, wifi or smart boards.
I am pursuing cse-aiml. The teachers are average. They help you when needed. Talking about the syllabus, college follow Indraprastha university's syllabus. In first year, there is nothing related to our specialisation, so students of all branches study the same subjects.
So far no good placements have taken place as the college is new and its first batch is currently in fourth year. So placement scene is not very good. But hopefully with time it will definitely improve.
My course costs around 1.8 lakh per year. The teaching methods are outdated so no certain knowledge is embarked in students from college. They have to rely upon youtube to understand the topics. But exposure via college societies is fine.
Talking about campus life, students can take part in different societies like cultural, coding, technical, and sports societies. They get to upskill themselves there. The college has a canteen so students can chill there in their leisure time.
The college campus might be small but you can for sure make good friends here and with its location being in a market area you can have fun around the college rather than in the college. Talking about academics, teachers are helpful but at the end you gotta rely on youtube only.
the college has a clean environment camps. the overall atmosphere is student friendly. The classrooms, labs, library are fully equipped. campus wi-fi is available. The canteen offers a variety of food options at reasonable prices.
i am basically a computer science student. And the teaching quality is generally good. Most faculty members are well-qualified and explain concepts clearly. teachers of our college clears every doubt of student.
the college provides good placement opportunities for eligible students.. Many companies visit the campus during placement session. internships is likely good from this college and very useful for students.
basically my course cost per year is around 1.5 lakhs and i feel that my money is worth it for this course in my college.
college campus is good and clean and well maintained. activities and events held time to time in college in which students can engage. location is safe and teachers and staff is very polite.
College infrastructure is average, their are only 2 buildings in which their are labs and classrooms. The ground is also small and canteen area stays crowded. But all basic facilities are available. Location of our college is also excellent.
In view of academics, our faculty teaches teach well n stays updated with new curriculum and helps students whenever needed. Apart from studies they also tell us things which are necessarily for future aspects.
Our college have tie ups with many companies including both private and govt. They also help students to get internships in best firms or govt companies like drdo, airport authority etc. Till now no placement took place but companies did visited the college
Our course cost is around 1 lakh 40 thousand. The worth is average because some needs are fulfilled but some things lack. But allover there is study environment in our college And teachers are helpful. Crowd is also decent.
Average campus life due to small area in lack of some facilities, but as all basic facilities are available so good also. Location is very nice and decenr crowd is seen in the college along with mostly all good teachers.
Good college but new, can be considered to take admission here
College is newly made but facilities are available but not very much. The college campus is small , ground area is small and for every sport we have to play there only, canteen stays crowded but classrooms and labs are good and have basic facilities.
The academic curriculum is good. Teachers stay updated with new curriculum and help students to learn well and also give knowledge about other things related to career. In my field branch, the department teachers are good
Till now no placements took place but hopefully students will start getting placements in next year. Since the college is new so the 4th year batch will pass out next year . But the college do have tie ups with good number of companies and help in internships also.
The value for money is good enough if someone wants a college with decent crowd n with good location where all facilities are available. But since in my course , more focus should be on hardware things which is somewhat not upto mark so with such things it can be a drawback.
Average campus life, teachers are nice, crowd is decent mostly, but campus area is small due to which the buildings of college are only 2 n ground area and canteen is mostly crowded. Rest, studies are good.
Good college, can be considered in your list.
College infrastructure is a bit weak but and the campus is small but it is well maintained and we've all the facilities-the labs are well equipped. The college doesn't have a hostel though. The place is clean and hygienic
I'm studying Btech.ECE and the professors are very helping and very well qualified. The curriculum is updated and includes recent developments. Especially the ECE department is very good. The syllabus gets completed before exam
As of now, no placements have been done. Although this will be the first year of placement so we're hoping that it will be good. The seniors have set a nice example and the internships are provided by the college placement cell
Definitely worthy
It's good. The crowd is mostly West Delhi. Most people are sweet and welcoming. The environment is safe and the location is quite good with a mall nearby and Rajouri is very nearby too.
College Infrastructure is good like 6/10 , all the basic amenities are fulfilled here. Although it's a upgraded college from diploma degree college to B.Tech degree college so all those works is in progress.
I m pursuing B.Tech Cse in this college, since it's my priority to opt for this college which is close to my house also telling about the quality of teaching here is nice. Telling about the curriculum so it is decided by IPU , which good enough that not only give the bookish knowledge but also give time to explore the new skills to the students at their own.
Since the First batch of the college is passing out in 2026 then only the placement scenario will be comes under consideration. Till now in the batch of 120 students 20-25 students are got placed , but the thing is it is not through campus placement program.
Fee is genuine as per the college and curriculum also structured by the IPU.yeah I think the money I pay is worth it.
Campus Life is good not that much of exploration is there but yes it is cool. All those CCA activities, clubs , societies, NCC , NSS and IEEE type global exploration is there for us to learn and develop our skills.
No, everything is nice .
