The Bachelor of Design programme at Jindal School of Art and Architecture (JSAA) is a professional degree programme that focuses on improving inhabited spaces through experimental, experiential, and informed design processes. The Immersive Digital Environments Pathway is a unique programme of study in India that is designed to train students in augmented, virtual, and mixed realities-based systems and their ability to develop digital immersive environments and narratives. Graduates of the programme are prepared for a variety of careers, ranging from motion media design to virtual storytelling, immersive sound design, digital imaging, and user interface techniques. The programme draws faculty from a wide spectrum of academic and operational expertise, including sociology, engineering, law, arts, programming, illustration design, graphic design, sound design, motion media, architecture, geography, economics, and anthropology.
