JMD Institute of Nursing Courses 2026

Students can choose from a total of 3 courses at JMD Institute of Nursing. In GNM course, students study subjects such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, nutrition, first-aid and medical surgical training. The course curriculum of BSc Nursing includes medical science, patient care, and clinical skills. 

Post-Basic BSc Nursing course is only available for the GNM holders, and includes advanced patient care, mental-health nursing, maternal nursing, nursing administration, and community health as part of the curriculum.

The duration of all the courses is different. The GNM course duration is 3 years 6 months, BSc Nursing is 4 years, and the Post-Basic BSc Nursing is 2 years. For GNM, the minimum age to apply is 17 years.
