Placement Training- Designated members and employees of the companies interact with students on campus through leadership sessions, guest lectures and live projects.
Data Capturing- Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with companies in the form of students’ curriculum vitae.
Companies Insights- The companies conduct Pre-Placements Talks to give in-depth insight about the prospective future of the sought after roles and designation including career growth and briefly covers students questions in the end.
Applying for the company- Applications are invited and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies.
Selecting the company- The interested applicants will rank the companies depending upon the parameters which are quintessential to their growth and opportunities.
Shortlisting- The companies conduct their selection process which typically comprises CV based shortlisting, group discussions, and interviews. Based on the cumulative score of group discussion and interview the final offer will be made.
