36 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma programme offered by West Bengal Nursing Council, Kolkata, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
Must have passed “10+2” examination (passed in both Theory & Practical separately) from any recognized Board with at least 40% marks in aggregate.
Must have passed in English with at least 40% marks in the “10+2” examination.
Candidate passing (10+2) in Vocational Stream must be from any of the following three disciplines-
a) Health Care Science
b) Agriculture
c)Home Science
Candidate shall be a citizen of India and residing in West Bengal for a minimum of 5 Years.
Candidates must be Medically Fit for the course and produce a Medical Fitness Certificate as per the format provided by WBJEEB.
The candidate’s age must be at least 17 (Seventeen) as on 31st December of the same year of the session.
