National Institute of Siddha Chennai courses are offered at UG, PG, and PhD levels in Siddha. NIS Chennai courses include BSMS, MD and PhD. There are various specialisations in MD and PhD such as MD Siddha Gunapadam, MD Maruthuvam, MD Noi Nadaal, PhD Maruthuvan, PhD Noi Nadaal, PhD Pura Maruthuvam and others. 

The college offers one UG course, which is Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS). The duration of all National Institute of Siddha courses ranges from 3 to 5.6 years. Before submitting the application form of National Institute of Siddha, students are required to check all the eligibility criteria carefully.
