Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects & Chemistry/Computer Science/Informatics Practices as optional Subject, obtaining at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ ST category).

College Infrastructure

The Civil block is pretty modern, and honestly, the labs are where the magic happens. We have got some heavy-duty equipment for soil testing and concrete strength that actually works. I also spend a lot of them in the CAD labs, where the systems are fast enough to handle Revit and Staad. Pro without crashing every five minutes, which is a huge win in my book. And my favourite place is the library. It is my go-to spot when i need some peace, and the Wi-Fi is surprisingly reliable when you are trying to download massive design files.

College Infrastructure

I must say the college infrastructure is huge! And for Civil Engineering, learning doesn't happen in classrooms; it happens in the labs. At PIET, I am not just reading about structural subjects; i am testing them in the Concrete and Transportation Engineering Labs. I Use high-end surveying equipment and spend my time in the specialized CAD centers to master the digital side of construction. I also head to the library whenever i need to do a deep dive into the latest research on sustainable building materials or geotechnical engineering. It really helps me stay on top of the technical side of my degree.

College Infrastructure

The campus has a modern infrastructure. The campus has separate academic blocks for engineering, management, and other related programs. There are advanced laboratories and a huge library integrated with AI and modern technology, including AR/VR labs and other labs related to the subject. There is a gym and other sports facilities that help students to stay fit and active during their college life. PIET also has a library, sports facilities, hostels, and smart classrooms. The entire campus has 24/7 Wi-Fi connectivity, which supports learning and research activities for students.
