RSET Kochi Scholarship
Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology scholarships are awarded to the top students on the merit list for admission by the management. The scholarships will be renewed in consecutive year if students maintain good conduct and achieve the required SGPA on semester-end exams. Students from economically weaker sections who are accepted based on the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations' allotment will be granted a fee waiver of 100% if they have a BPL card or other documents proof. There are a total of ten scholarships available. RSET Kochi honours students with various awards and scholarships based on their academic achievements. RSET Kochi scholarship schemes for M.Tech programme are applicable to both GATE and Non- GATE applicants. Through the Department, RSET Kochi students can apply for Assistantship Schemes. The Department Assistantship Selection Committee will choose the candidates, who will next be vetted by the PG Scholarship Management Cell.

Scholarships for Government Merit Seats: AICTE tuition fee waiver scheme (TFW – exempt from paying the tuition fee of Rs.75000/-) will fill an additional 5% of seats in each branch under government merit. Students should apply for this scheme as soon as the CEE/government makes it available.
Merit Scholarship provided by the Management for College Merit Seats: Management offers merit-based scholarships to deserving students, as shown in the table below. Only the candidate's academic performance will determine if the scholarship will be renewed in coming years. To be eligible for a scholarship for the (n+1)th year, a candidate must have an SGPA of 7.5 in both semesters of the previous year.
If the student maintains an SGPA of 7.5 in each semester and is among the top three students in each batch of the course in which he or she has enrolled, the scholarship will be maintained in following years.

RSET Kochi M.Tech Admission Process
The college provides 50% of the seats according to the DTE's ranking list. Admissions are made in the order of merit, as determined by the DTE's published rank list. The remaining 50% of seats are allocated based on academic merit. Valid GATE scores, marks obtained in the qualifying degree (B.E/B.Tech) and the result of the institution's admission test are all taken into account while preparing the rank list for college merit. Candidates are admitted based on their position on the rank list.
M.Tech Admission Process for 50% seats offered by RSET Kochi
- M.Tech aspirants must have a valid GATE score however it is not mandatory.
- One must not that GATE qualified candidates shall be given preference.
- Candidates have to submit the RSET Kochi application form.
- Next, candidates have to appear for the admission test conducted by the institute.
- A merit list is prepared based on GATE score (60% weightage), marks obtained in qualifying degree is (20% weightage), admission test conducted by the college (20% weightage).
- Shortlisted candidates have to get the documents verified and pay the RSET Kochi fees in order to complete the admission process.
M.Tech Admission Process for 50% seats offered through DTE Kerala
- Candidates must take the GATE exam.
- M.Tech candidates must fill out a Kerala M.Tech application.
- GATE scores are used to create a rank list.
- Following that, candidates must qualify the Kerala M.Tech cutoff.
- Qualified candidates must next attend Kerala M.Tech counselling.
- Candidates must report to the institute to finish the Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology admission procedure once a seat has been assigned.

Undeniably beautiful campus. Buildings are classy, classrooms are well maintained. Has one of the best and biggest auditorium in the state. A lot of greenery around and is constructed next to a lake so a beautiful view guaranteed.

Yes the college do provide facilities which are exceptional is comparison to other colleges. Hostels are also infrastructure wise good and well maintained with facilities like WiFi, gym etc. Living space provided are also good and the hostel mess is not that good but are the locality of the hostel is good students find places outside hostel to have better food.

College Infrastructure
Great building infrastructure. Cricket council approved cricket ground and a great football field for sports. Properly maintained campus and labs. The classrooms have projectors and labs are equipped with proper facility.

Hello,
In between FISAT and RSEt I will always prefer the FISAT first. Doing engineering is always matters a good curriculum in College . Institute should have good placement and career oriented facilities. FISAT provides all these goodies at it's best. It has students curriculum facilities and also good placement.
No doubtly you can go for FISAT.
In case RSET , it is a moderate College but good college though it is not good like FISAT. Placement is also average here but it has good faculties and study oriented programs .

how will the hostel fee varies in Rajagiri School of engineering and technology kochi by sharing rooms?? if we share room with 3 students??

if you share with 3 Students then the fees will be reduced by 10-15k INR for eg if your hostel fees is 70k INR the in sharing with 3 students it'll be around 60-55k INR.
