Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Kochi recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.

Eligibility Criteria

Students having a pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission.

He/She should be qualified in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination for being eligible for admission in all seats, other than NRI quota.

50% of the total seats in B.Tech courses are set apart for centralized allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.15% of seats within sanctioned intake is provided for NRI category and is given on the basis of marks obtained for PCM in 12th standard. Remaining seats are College Merit seats, allotted on merit by ranking applicants on the basis of marks obtained for PCM (12th standard only) and for Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination.

It's alright. Decent location and food quality..at times. Staff was decent. Decent amount of college fests and other stuffs. Terrible data range so you had to go to certain areas just to get internet connection. Also it's a shame they kept increasing canteen food prices.

College Infrastructure

It looks awesome from outside. Campus was great in terms of infrastructure. There were two hostels for boys and one for girls which was looked after appropriately. Hostel fees was around rupees 70000. The hostel facilities were awesome and the rooms were shared as mostly 2-3 students were there for each room. The college gives gym and sports facilities. The food in the mess was outsourced to a nearby restaurant which had high standard. The classrooms were kept up properly with appropriate lighting and air conditioning. Wi-Fi was not accessible inside the classroom. Library had good collection with average number of books, reference and journals.

It is an above average college.

College Infrastructure

The campus is well-connected with Wi-Fi even in hostels. Classrooms are neat and well-equipped with projectors, neat seats and desks. The labs are well-equipped and the campus is also aesthetically well-maintained and very beautiful. There are well-equipped labs and highly qualified lab assistants.
