The college has clean classrooms, modern labs, and a peaceful campus. Library is well-maintained, and Wi-Fi is available in most areas. Hostels are decent with 24/7 security and regular maintenance. Overall best infrastructure of college and hostel
Faculty members are well-qualified and supportive. They explain concepts clearly and provide notes. The curriculum is updated regularly to match industry standards. Overall learning experience is great, and supportive faculty.
Our college has a good placement cell. Regular training sessions are held for aptitude, interviews, and resume building. This year, many students got placed in Wipro, TCS, and Infosys. Best placement for marketing.
College doesn't have all the necessary infrastructure, poor facilities and sometimes no necessary equipment you find College is like school same class nothing is well maintained you will get ill after eating canteen food
Doing course in a school teacher dont value you do not allow to use phone attendance are just to show parents they don't teach everything they just send pdfs to one group they are not preparing us for job
No placement result is come in marks just as school result no cgpa nothing they just do function each special day in which only dance competition that's it No one values this college students and teacher
No water no light facility in college hostel . Mess food is too bad and no allow to students to go outside even not to take anything for eating also such a bad condition yrr I will not suggest anyone
It is fine but can be upgraded the old classrooms for students there were 2 water cooler have different different buliding like cultural , sports. There is a very broad ground so students can play sit and there were lots of green trees and lots of flowers species also for trees
Academics in CVS are decent overall. The college offers a variety of vocational and regular courses, which is great for students who want something more career-oriented. Most of the teachers are supportive and have good knowledge of their subjects, especially in vocational courses like marketing, tourism, and human resource management. However, not all departments are equally active — in some subjects, classes can be irregular and not very engaging.
Placements at CVS are average. Some vocational courses get decent offers, mostly internships and sales/marketing roles. Big companies rarely visit, so students need to apply off-campus too for better options.
It's good
My college is overall good I recommend it but for the placement from the college bit difficult

Medi-Caps offers a well-maintained campus with modern academic blocks, labs, and a decent library. While not as sprawling as some, it's functional and clean, providing a comfortable environment for learning and student activities.
Academically, Medi-Caps is generally considered solid, especially for engineering. The curriculum is industry-aligned, and faculty are often experienced. They focus on practical learning, but like any college, getting the most out of it depends on your own effort.
Placements at Medi-Caps are quite respectable, particularly for CSE and IT branches. Top companies recruit, and a good percentage of students get placed with decent average packages, showing a strong industry connection.

This college has upgraded its infrastructure significantly, with a new yoga room, gym, renovated auditorium and additional seminar hall equipped with modern audio-visuals systems. CCTV cameras enhance campus security, and classrooms now feature projectors and wifi.
Modern college prioritise smart classrooms with advanced technology. Well equipped labs are a highlight at top institutions. There are modern computer and engineering labs with updated software and hardware, supporting hands on learning.

Opportunities for internships and real world exposure are also growing.
The college infrastructure is fairly good, through not everything is too-notch. Classrooms are spacious and generally clean, but some buildings need better maintenance. The library has a decent collection of academic books and a quite environment.
The academic environment of the college is quite focused and disciplined. Most of the faculty members are qualified and supportive, and they try to make the learning process interactive. The syllabus is well structured and updated according to industry.
Placements at the college are moderate and vary depending on the courses and performances. Some reputed companies do visit the campus, but most of them offer roles with average salary packages. Student with good academic records and communication.
Campus life at the college is mix of academics and student academics. There are occasional cultural events, vests and competitions that bring energy to the campus. Students from different backgrounds create a diverse student.
While the college has its strengths and weakness. Its ultimately depends on students.
Campus is really good as it is a branch of dehradun University. The infrastructure is really good . It includes ac in the classroom, water filters ,smart boards , libarary , sports facilities , clean washrooms.
Teachers are really good . They speak politely, ad i am a bca students we are provided with computer labs . Practical knowledge is given. Faculty is very supportive and they help us toh gain practical skills.
It offers 50 % placement according. As for the maximum package till now was 25 lakh per annum and minimum is 4 lakh per annum. Some students are provided with intership some are paid and some are not.
Haridwar University has a beautiful , clean, and green campus with modern classrooms , good library and a well maintained labs but sometimes lack the latest equipment. Hostel facilities are comfortable, but Wi-Fi is not always reliable.
The academics at Haridwar University are good... Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive.. The curriculum is good.. It provides a good environment for academic growth and skill development..
The placement at Haridwar University are decent. Many good companies visit the campus and offers good packages. The placement cell is active and tries to support students with training and workshops.
Campus life at Haridwar University is lively. There are many cultural events, fests and sports activities.
I studied in this college .it has a good infrastructure like libraries , a huge ground where the students used to play sports. It has a very good garden in front of the building. They has well equiped labs.
As i saw the academic performance of this college it has a good faculty which made the students score good. Tests are conducted monthly as a internal tests whiich will be added at the end on semesters.
Placements are based on student performance .many companies come for this college it depends on the student to pass the interview . they give placement ready trainings such as webinars and also seminars
Our campus life was the best as i got good faculties and also made good friends . It was my best days i made friends not even in one stream and also made friends with different stream students.
No
The college infrastructure is really good also it is located at place where i would love to go everyday. Also the station is near to college which really helps me to get there faster. there are clean washrooms, canteen, library each and everything is well maintained. I completed my junior college too in this same college and continuing my degree in here because I love it here.
If I have to talk about academic it's not that good I am a BMS student in major marketing our college didn't adapt NEP curriculum because of it we don't have any practical knowledge which is one of the reason i don't enjoy the lectures.
Yes, there is placement cell in college which actively works with companies if there any opportunities available it is posted in our group anyone can apply as per the company requirment as I am still in 3 rd year and not completed my degree i don't know about the average salary given.
i love my college infrastructure, it is huge with centralized ACs in corridors and has all facilities like clean washrooms, big canteen, library, and sports equipment's really enjoy going to college because of its vibe.
the faculty teaching is good, but it can be better. Also, our curriculum needs for better. Currently, book knowledge is not enough to work in real life, also the degree I am pursuing needs real skills to ace any job.
Our collage have a placement cell where we are provided internships and jobs but we don't get the type of internships and jobs we need as we already lack practical skills it would be difficult this is my last year if i focus on practical skills and take some course it might get me the kind of job i want also not all student get placed we need to do other courses too to standout.
If you want to enjoy your college life, then go for it in terms of learning and growing, it's not the college you want.
Classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available. Washrooms are pretty neat and clean. The quality of food in the canteens and cafes is pretty good. An infirmary is available in case of medical issues. The library issues the college books for every semester, with the condition of books being pretty average.
Faculty of the department are helpful and are also pretty knowledgeable about their subjects. The semester exams are pretty difficult, which lowers the pass percentage. The curriculum is relevant. However, it is not updated to the latest trends, so effort from the student is required.
The placement record of this college is decent. However, you need to focus on your skills and sharpen and enhance them to increase your chances of getting high package placements. Off-campus and on-campus placements are good. You can crack more than 20 LPA placements if you have good skills.
The Serampore College is equipped with all sorts of infrastructure required for the students including classrooms in departments, a library, a big playground, the CLRC Hall, a canteen, laboratories and hostels for accommodating students. One thing to note here is, the hostels are meant only for students from the Department of Theology.
I have always been fascinated by any form of literature and needless to mention, I knew what i wanted to pursue. My department has the most amazing faculty with highly qualified, friendly and cooperative professors. The college is affiliated to the University of Calcutta and thus all the things like the curriculum, exam schedules and so on are looked after by the university itself. Speaking of a bachelor's in English literature, the degree certainly doesn't provide ample opportunities like any technical or skill based course would. The pay might not be up to the mark. But students who are actually passionate about it must go for it in order to challenge the normal.
Pertaining to my degree, placement opportunities are not available in our college. However, many sorts of workshops and (now) internships are being made available to students to provide them with enough exposure.
Established in the year 1818, the Senate of Serampore is blessed with the most beautiful campus ever. Surrounded by greenery, it provides the students with a very healthy campus life. This is indeed the best thing about it. However, one thing the college might need to work on is the canteen where the food often fails to meet the expectations. The staffs are mostly helpful. The location is actually the best. It takes around 7-8 minutes from the Serampore railway station to reach the college if someone takes the auto or it's a 15 minutes walking distance.
I've had an amazing time in the college. Be it the lush green campus, or the most wonderful seniors and juniors who made the college life a pure bliss, to say the least. I would particularly recall the Annual Academic Exhibition and Utsav (the college fest) held once a year, that brings everyone under one roof and we get to have an experience to treasure good memories for the rest of our lives.
The infrastructure is decent, with classrooms equipped with ACs and projectors. Canteen rates are slightly higher than in other colleges but still manageable. Wi-Fi is pretty bad and it works only half of the time. Mobile networks also do not work in most parts of the college, which is especially frustrating when making payments inside the campus. Apart from the Wi-Fi issue, other facilities are great. Hallways and classrooms are clean, though cleanliness in washrooms can be improved. The food in the canteen is edible but lacks flavour. The mess menu is not repetitive, and snacks are great.
All teachers are knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is good. They are helpful, qualified, and experienced. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry-ready, but success depends on the students. Semester exams are of average difficulty, not very hard, and the pass percentage is approximately 95%.
Placement has improved since last year. Many companies are visiting. Mass recruiters are also visiting frequently. Almost 75-85% gets placed and the rest also gets placed somehow. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and a few startups. Only a fraction of students got internships. SDE is the most frequently offered role. The highest salary package offered is 26 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA.
There is really nice infrastructure in our classrooms and the overall building. Campus is divided into multiple blocks for different courses. The hostel provides various facilities like laundry and gym with okay quality food and all the basic needs. There is an option for single, double, and triple people. All rooms and classrooms are air-conditioned.
Faculty members are much better than any other college. All professors are very supportive, highly educated, and cooperative. Most of the faculty are Ph.D. They are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and there is much demand for AI in today's IT field. Semester exams are quite difficult so that students can score good knowledge about the subject. The pass percentage criteria are 30% in external exam, 40% in aggregate, and 50% in practical.
There are many opportunities for placement in the college. 80% of students are being placed this year. The highest package is 50 LPA and the average is 8 LPA offered. TCS, HCL, and Amazon are the companies that held the recruitment this year. From my course, that is 70% of students got placed.
Samira college is known for the best infrastructure and facilities it provides. I personally like my college infrastructure because if we bring bikes we are allowed to park inside college also college is full of AC's and centralized ac's also it has big canteen and clean washroom.
In terms of academic I think improvement is needed as being an IT student more practical knowledge and real life skills is equally important only theoretical knowledge is not enough also teacher's are good at teaching.
Our college does provide placement opportunities but most of us don't even get internships or jobs we need as we lack silks it needed even if we get placed the jobs we get are not that good according to what we are studying I am still in 3rd year but there were opportunities for internships that's how I got to know skills are most important
