The facilities in our colleges are, to be very honest. It's very poor. The labs are old, and the equipment is rusted. Bus dusted. We can't even use them properly. If we complain about any instruments, the faculty will be scolding us, you know, and they won't be giving us the assignment marks. The day of the hostel facilities can be said to be mediocre, but the food is the worst.
Teachers are not helpful. They are decent, qualified, and knowledgeable, and they only help you when you know you help them personally with entering the register or something, which is done by the faculty, but you know they will ask the students to enter the marks. Internally, they will give the marks to that particular student, and I think this course is relevant only for your degree.

I’ve seen the placement scenario vary across departments. In B.Com, BBA, placements are fairly promising—around 50–70% of students secure jobs, with salary packages ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month. Many are recruited by local banking and insurance firms, and internships are fairly common. Overall, commerce students enjoy relatively better placement opportunities, whereas BBA students may need to proactively seek internships or external opportunities to boost their career prospects.

Recruiters from companies like Capgemini, HCL, TCS, and Infosys often hire students from this college. The average salary package is usually around ₹3–3.5 LPA, but some top offers go beyond ₹6 LPA depending on the student’s performance. The college facilities are decent and support academics, but when compared to the fees, the infrastructure feels average. The classrooms are adequate and have basic arrangements. The library is quite good, with plenty of books and resources for our studies.
The teaching quality is excellent, and they make sure students understand concepts clearly. They also provide extra notes, presentations, and exam guidance, making studying here easier and more effective.
For BCA students, placements at our college are not very encouraging. Only a few students secure jobs, while most have to look for work on their own after finishing the course. Local IT startups, call centers, and small service firms come to hire, but the salary packages are not appealing.
The hostel facilities are good, with quality food and no major complaints from students. The campus has Wi-Fi available for everyone, which is useful for coding practice and project work. The classrooms have better furniture and projectors for teaching.

Faculty members are available even outside class hours to solve doubts, which helps students feel more confident. The infrastructure at MSU is average and still improving. The classrooms are basic and equipped with fans, but there isn't a proper smart class setup. Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the campus, but it often doesn’t work well. Labs are available, but the equipment and systems are quite old, making it hard to gain hands-on experience with the latest tools.
The faculty members are supportive, and most explain theoretical concepts well. However, practical experience is limited, and only a few teachers can connect subjects to real-world applications. The curriculum feels outdated and doesn’t fully reflect current industry needs.
The placement situation at MSU is not great. The placement rate is only about 10 to 12 percent. The highest salary offered was close to 3.5 LPA, the lowest was around 1.5 LPA, and the average salary is nearly 2 LPA.
Wi-Fi is not available through the college. Wi-Fi is not even available in classrooms. We get Wi-Fi in our labs, library, and not anywhere else. Quality of food is decent in hostel. It's better to go to other private hostels nearby rather than college hostel. Daily, same routine food. Sports facilities are available and are supported. But the management here is the worst.
Teachers will help only if we ask them. Those teachers only help when we help them. They are qualified and have decent knowledge about the subject, but not in-depth knowledge. Semester exams are not so simple. The curriculum doesn't make the students industry-ready.
Decent placements are here. Around 50% are placed. Least package is as low as 3 LPA. Highest package is as high as 60 LPA. Top recruiters are Qualcomm, Infosys, Flipkart, Amazon, Asian paints, TCS, etc. I don't have much of an idea about the top roles.
Infrastructure is good, with excellent facilities for sports and academics. LAN ports are available for connection to the public Ethernet, which is unlimited. Various events are well-organized on campus, and different clubs provide different opportunities.
Teaching staff is well-qualified and knowledgeable. They use engaging methods such as storytelling and presentations to explain topics. The curriculum is appropriate and relevant. If students understand the concepts well, they usually find it easy to pass the exams.
Like other branches, students from CSE, Civil, and Mechanical have good placement opportunities, and CSE students tend to receive higher packages compared to Civil and Mechanical students. Really a very good rooms in hostel and you will really learn many things here.
Classrooms have basic setups, and while some blocks have air conditioning, it often does not work properly. Cleanliness is an issue, as dust frequently builds up in classrooms. Power cuts disrupt lectures due to poor management. The library is functional and has books, but they are not the latest editions.
The faculty members are supportive and helpful. They are qualified and provide guidance when needed. While not all teachers have strong practical experience, their teaching style is solid and theory-based. With their support, students can do well in exams.
Only a few small local companies like NetSol Technologies and InfoSpark Solutions have come to recruit. The roles offered were entry-level and had very low pay. If you want a professional career in IT, you need to continue your studies since relying only on BCA placements from this college will not yield satisfactory results.
Our college really thought about student needs from clean drinking water stations to reading rooms. Open till late. The classrooms have comfortable seating and the laps are upgraded regularly. The Auditorium is a hub for events and the hostel has 24 hour security.
Practical exposure is a belt into academic programs. Labs are scheduled right after related theory classes which helps in immediate applications of concepts. Professors also suggest additional reading material beyond the syllabus to Deep in our knowledge.
For roles in HR, the preparation session is covered labour laws, compliance rules and employee engagement models. These topics were a big part of my interview with manufacturing Company and I was able to explain both and practical application applications.
From debate competitions to hackathons, the campus, encourages both creative and intellectual engagement
They are available for doubt, solving, given beyond schedule hours, showing genuine commitment
