The college overall infrastructure is good and classrooms are with good lighting and central AC and different blocks for different courses like agriculture, pharmacy,forensics,engineering etc and labs and practical knowledge is also good . and whole campus is with wifi, library facility .
Academics
All the Faculty are well educated with higher qualification and more than 5 to 10 years experience in teaching field and almost all the Faculty phd and doctorates and each subject has many faculty who will be guided by the HOD.
Placements
Placements differ in different fields like engineering, pharmacy, forensics and agriculture and management areas and it is good for engineering students like AIML students as there is much scope for those students.

DSB college is a government college an primarily focuses on providing education. while some internship are offered, they can sometimes unpaid many students explore job opportunities beyond the college support often using their acquired knowledge to find employement.

The library is neat and maintains a good collection of commerce and management books. I am not residing in the hostel, but I know that hostel rooms are double-sharing with AC and basic amenities. sports grounds and gym facilities are available for sports persons.

Exams are quite long in syllabus-wise, and you need to study regularly if you wish to score well. The majority of students clear it, but a few students find difficulty in subjects like Taxation and Accounts.

Sincerely speaking, placements of B.Com students at NorthCap University are nothing special. Though the university likes to take pride in good placement percentages, better packages are for technical courses such as B.Tech in Computer Science. In our case, the best package this year was approximately ₹6 LPA by EY (Ernst & Young), and a very few got it. The average package falls between ₹3 to ₹4 LPA

In our batch of 44-77 students, 15 people appear for placements, and to date, 11 of them have get jobs 73%. The highest package offered is around 14 LPA by PwC, and the average package is around 3-6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Cipla, Zifo, Alteus, Medline, GSK, etc. We have mandatory internships for every student at companies like Cipla, Sun Pharma, Glenmark, etc. The top roles offered include R&D Associate, QA, QC Officer, Assistant Sales Manager, and Product Management, etc.

It has all the necessary facilities required but lacks security in the sense it doesn't have proper CCTV system or guards, the few guards that we have aren't really fit for the job. All the classrooms have proper air-conditioning, projectors and podiums for the best learning experience. The wifi system could be enhanced by letting us use it on our phones but is restricted to laptops only.

I'm studying Data Science since it's something that intrigues me and the teaching quality is fairly good. The Curriculum is upto date and has all the required courses in it. It does make one job ready.

Placements are not made by the college, which is one of the downsides of the subject but with all the skills acquired along the way anyone will be able to get a decent job with a little wits. It is so due to how new the subject is Goa and India.
Campus Life
It's best feature is probably the classroom which are really comfortable and worst would be the canteen. There aren't any activities students can perform since it's a post graduate institution. Students are really smart and kind teachers as well who are available whenever you have a doubt. It's located on the outskirts of a beach, and fairly safe one of the richest areas in Goa and very close to the best hospital in Goa as well.

Teaching of my Department faculty is Well. Compared with other colleges we have good well experienced faculty members. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders and they are completed masters in IIT and NIT's. Course curriculum is frequently updated based on current industry requirements. Definitely it makes the students job ready.

Nearly 80% students from ECE department are placed in 2025 Placements. Few students got pre placement offers also. Highest package offered is 38LPA. Placements officer is very supportive. They always encourages to participate in all companies drives.

Most of the faculty members are great and supportive, and they also help in giving notes for the exams along with the PYQs. However, some of the faculty members are not that cooperative. The examination pattern and the syllabus are quite well-structured and make it easy for every student to score decent marks at the end semester.

The placement of Heritage Institute of Technology is overall good. TCS is the mass recruiter of our college. The overall placement rate for this college is approximately 80%, along with an average package of 4-5 LPA. For top branches like CSE, IT, ECE, and sub-branches of CSE, the overall placement rate is approximately 90% and above, along with a 6-7 LPA average package.
