Master of Computer Application (MCA) is a two years full-time postgraduate course offered by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Eligibility Criteria

Admission to M.C.A. programmes shall be open to candidates who have passed the relevant Bachelor’s Degree with not less than 50% aggregate marks. (45% for SC/ST candidates belonging to Karnataka). The candidate must have also taken at least one of the prescribed Entrance exams as specified in the Admission process below.

Admission Details

Students who wish to seek admission to CMRIT’s Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme may do so through (1) Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) and Selection Process or (2) Management Admission Process.

Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) and Selection Process
The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (exam conducted by www.kea.kar.nic.in) is conducted in the months of May / June each year. This test is a requirement for admission to colleges affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. College Infrastructure

I've been studying at CMRIT, Bangalore for the past two months, and my experience so far has been really good. The college has good infrastructure, the classrooms are well-equipped and the labs have modern computers. The campus is clean and green, provides opportunities like hackathons and other events to enhance our abilities. Overall, CMRIT offers a great atmosphere for academic growth.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is excellent, with projectors in each classroom, a spacious library open until 8 PM, and modern, fully equipped labs. The hostel facilities are reliable and well-maintained. On campus, it has a stationery shop, a canteen offering several types of food, and a good parking space. Also, there is a good development of basketball courts and a sports centre. The campus is clean, green and student-friendly.

College Infrastructure

Cafeteria is good and college library is open till 8pm, spacious classrooms with good facilities.college provides wifis too overall the campus is maintained well the infrastructure and food keeps up the expectations and Good parking space too
