The Quality of placements is very low in St. Xavier's College Ranchi. Very few companies come for placement every year. Companies like Tata, Wipro, Paytm, Sony came for recruiting students. And don't expect much salaries from these companies, not more than 20,000 to 25,000. No the Professors were not so much supportive in case of placements.
Campus Life
The campus is disciplined and has a set of best faculties you will ever find in the region. The classes are conducted regularly without any fail and excuse. It is also mandatory to have 75% attendance and there is no relief in subsidiaries also. The campus is strict in terms of timings and regulations.

The highest package for B.Com goes around 20-30 lakhs and the average package is around 6 lakh. Placement ratio is very good. Almost all the students get placed.

I did my bachelors in physics from here and now doing my masters also from here only. The syllabus we follow is updated and simple to understand. The teachers are also very experienced and helpful. We are given both theoretical and practical knowledge at our college.

I am doing BSE agriculture honours from this prestigious institute and the quality of teaching is excellent. Teachers de do not focus only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical knowledge. The guidance and importance of self confidence and dignity in the students and make them such bold and strong person.

Quality of placement is also great in khalsa college. Many of my seniors workplace last year and one of my senior was offered highest salary package of 28 lakh per annum. Placement process is not such easy but college is always supportive in every way.

Also even last year the highest package provided among all the recruiters was 32 lakhs per annum and every year these numbers are getting higher . average package provided every year is around 8 to 9 lakhs per annum
