As Aligarh Muslim University is a central university, It has a very good infrastructure , has Asian's 2nd largest central Library having thousands of books hardcopy and softcopy both. Campus has wifi and all places.

I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Engineering and in 2nd year. It has Faculty who completed their Ph.D from IITs and from US also. Curriculum is updated after every 2 years. It has a lot of extra-curricular activities to do like culturals, horse riding, swimming and many more.

Our Training and Placement office is good. Many companies came from all over the India for Placement and provides 90%+ placement to Computer Engineering students which is a good percent. Highest placement is 42 lac per annum last year.

As we know that aligarh muslim University come under the control of center govt so we never have problems related to funding . We have a book bank and a world famous library ( maulana Azad library) and aslo laboratories are well managed and functional as it comes to give u the practical knowledge and most importantly we have well cleaned and managed hostels .

As we all know teaching in colleges haven't impressed students much because they are self sufficient to do so but at the same time students wanted go get practical knowledge because which helps them at industrial level . Placements in civil engineering is not upto the mark as compared to the other branches, we have a very low percentage of people getting job by campus placement in private firms but civil engineering always have a upper hand in govt jobs , so if u are hard working guy and have the confidence that u can crack the competition for govt job than this branch offers u a very exciting offer as well but if wanted work in private firms than I am sorry but our college hadn't have a good record in that area

Campus Is absolutely fine , there is some sort of energy which you always feel over there . We have very cooperative seniors , they're always there to help you if you wanted any favour from them (if they can) and we also have clubs and other extra curricular activities too . But if u are come there u have to be disciplined because some of seniors are old fashioned kind of persons (stereotype you may say ) but otherwise it's really fantastic to join such kind of environment over there.

Placements of my college is good. According to me ,it can be approx that more than 75 -80 percentage of students are being placed at the company. The highest package is 16 lakhs last year which is of B.Tech course in computer science branch. The average salary that is offered is around 3 to 4 lakhs. If you ask me about the placement process than my answer is that the placement process is being easy only to those who has good technical skills in his desired field and have good communication skill

The best feature of my college is that it is one of the beautiful college in terms of his cleanliness and fresh environment surrounded by the mountains. Student are engage in sports , academic and cultural activities. This college is ragging free college. Even the senior student are so supportive to the Junior students. Students, teachers and staff all these three are good. It is situated in bhimtal campus in sattal road. Yes this area is safe. Yes it can handle emergencies.
