New Hostel is amazing here just like a five star hotel room and as the campus is on the base of the hill, the environment is good here!SIT students are crazy for sports, almost every types of sports is played here with all the facilities. Mess food is good than other hostels definitely. The college have labs and projectors in classroom. Wi-Fi is accessible in labs, class and hostel!
Academics
Teachers are knowledgeable most of them are Ph.D. holders. For E&TC, subjects like Robotics, Microcontroller, Embedded Systems are there in curriculum but there's lot room for improvement for making the students industry ready!Google Classroom are used for uploading various knowledgeable things related to subject by faculty member.
Placements
Placement for CS/IT is comparatively better than other branches. The average pack for computer Science goes upto 6L and companies like Microsoft, Google and Amazon also came into the campus. But I am from E&TC and avg placement for it is 4L but then again you can try off campus if you're cable.

Course curriculum is Good. As My college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University so we have a common course and the curriculum is actually good. The curriculum is focused on more practical knowledge than just theories even though there are Theoretical parts but Practical knowledge is more. Labs in our college were state-of-the-art with the latest tech and equipment. The automotive department, along with AI, were top class specially imported from Germany. Hostel facility was nice with three students sharing a room along with attached bathroom and toilet. Quality of the food served was nice when the semester started but degraded with time. By the end of the semester, it was good again.
Academics
Teachers here were helpful to share their knowledge. Some teachers were exceptional, well-read and were amazing role models to have, while some were just reading through notes and finishing the syllabus. The course curriculum was relevant. They used modern approach to teach mechanical engineering and used examples of 21st-century, which made things relevant while studying.
Placements
Around 10% of the total eligible students got placed, but not in our respective core branches. The highest salary package offered was around 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The top recruiters of the college were TCS, IBM, Dell, and L&T. Roles offered were as a junior manager and associate engineer. Everyone who applied got an internship in the mechanical field from companies like Tata Motors, General Motors, and Mercedes.

The placements are really good here. Many well-known companies visited the campus to give great opportunities to the students. The placement cell and committee are really helpful. The packages offered by the company is also good, it varies from post to post and from company to company.

In our course, 80-85% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 18.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Hyundai, Nestle, TCS and many others. Almost 100% of the students got an internship from our course.

The same is in our case, the great and lavish structure of academic buildings and hostels just create a different vibe than usual. Wide-open grounds, a 2 big hall like sports complexes, fully equiped laboratories, well maintained and ventilated classrooms, liberty to play and practise for almost ever sport. Administrative and Acadmeinc buildings looks like we entered in a huge corporate building.

I am a Computer Science student, so no more worries from using bad and ill-maintained electronics as this university provides as much as it can, and it shows. As, labs and classrooms are the way we call them as smart rooms, with multimedia, marker boards. Assistants, and Professors are there all time to guide through. PC's are mainly of DELL or a bonus rooms we say where all APPLE MACs are which can't be seen in other colleges. Updated and revised syllabus with modern technologies and techniques

The infrastructure was definitely great. As we have a plenty of space and its in UP and combined socio-variable thinking of people around the country helped a lot to gain knowledge and to bind with each other. The campus had ample no. of labs, a good library and separate hostels. Ofcourse back then WiFi was not enabled but may be now they have upgraded. The hostels were maintained and clean and average by my views.

Ofcourse the study was great. Faculties were really great to get the helps with and as a Maths Major I have enjoyed a lot about being in the science building for my maximum times. Since my study was totally dependent on curriculum and not job oriented so I can't say Iwas job ready but yes I received great academics from there.

Placement was good for the students in Engineering and other professional study sectors but as I was from academic section only we never had auch privileges to have placement calls but yes the college authority provided us with some placement cells and self development and soft skill lessons to get ready in future.

Campus life was really great. We were in the middle of the city so used to get the benefits of urban lifestyle bur staying in the limits of college rules. Ofcourse it is safe but roaming outside in the night was with some particular rules and better to obey them.
