Not very good iinfrastructure facililuties, and necessary equipments in the University. The University has well maintained classrooms, libraries, sports centres and hostels with well maintained Wi-Fi.
Academics
I completed my diploma from this university but not from University even by affiliated university. And the quality of teaching is average not very well. Although I think the curriculum is updated well.
Placements
The quality of placement is not very well it is only average for diploma students. I think you should not totally depends on the college for placement you should also go yourself and find a job by yourself.
Overall my experience is going pretty good.

It is one of the best colleges in India. The living spaces are clean, the area is hygienic. It hosts an impressive library which contains the best of the best books. The classrooms are good. It organises many cocurricular activities which increases the cultural heritage if this region.

I love my subject and I am very much passionate about it. I plan to continue my studies further. The quality of teaching is very supreme. The curriculam is up to date and includes all the recent developments in the field, and make me very much ready for future.

I subject I study doesn't offer much placements. It's basically just a process of acquiring degress and higher studies, then jobs. But the engineering students get decent placements. Many of our students also opts for research, and I selected by many tops institutions, including ISRO.

I formerly complete my diploma and also completed my B. Tech then from this well reputed university in all over India with the name of Ipu. The curriculum is well updated according to me and also it makes job ready

The placement process is very easy, you can easily participate in the placement and try to get a job with an average package of six Lakhs per annum. But I didn't participate in the placement as accordingto me I should do m. Tech.

The study from this affiliated college from guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University makes me completely job ready and I am so happy for this. The quality of teaching is good enough and the curriculum is updated.

The quality of placement is all over my expectatiions. The college has very supportive and the placement process is easy and pleasant for all students. I got a placement of nine lake per annum which is very average.

Outstanding infrastructure. You need one month to explore each corner of the university. The Helipad and the small park nearby the pond are the best places to spend time with your friends. They have one of the best auditorium in North East India. State of the Art Infrastructure.

The teachers are good and have good academic background. They take you on field trips once per every semester which is a good practical exposure for students. Psychology department teachers were very understanding.

No placements were provided for us. However i heard the placements in MBA are average. However USTM itself has a good brand name. If you apply somewhere else, you will be given preference based on the reputation USTM has.

Awesome crowd, Awesome people. Very diverse culture. What else can you ask? You will not realize how did your time went by. You will be busy with stuff every day. There will be lot of cultural celebration and fests to attend.

During internships students get a stipend of 1.16 lakhs per annum. It offers robust placement support through an organized process backed with strong alumni network.

the positive side of the campus offers a vibrant array of activities for students to engage in. For academic to extracurriculars it offers personal and professional growth. Diverse culture with dedicated teachers, supportive staffs and motivated students who create a conducting environment. The location is safe and college has measures to handle any emergencies. The administrative process needs little bit of improvement though.
My biggest regret
College Infrastructure
Campus had internet connectivity in most places. Labs were well equipped with all required instruments for experiments. The library was a nice place to study in peace. The place was maintained quite well.

I was doing my masters in biotechnology. The professors were quite fine and approachable for the most part. They always helped out with doubts readily. Curriculum was quite tough but covered a lot of topics. I did not find it particularly interesting.
Placements
This was my biggest issue with this college. They provided absolutely no placement assistance and it was very disappointing because of how much they advertise online about their record. I found myself without a job for several months post completion of the course.
Campus Life
I did not enjoy the campus experience at all. The wardens in hostels were far too intrusive and there was really no privacy. The food was definitely not good and the location was quite remote. The only nice thing was that the campus was calm and quiet.
It's a very great experience in this college.

I was always enthusiastic about nature and environment and this department provided me that opportunity to explore that area of my interest. Well trained , experienced and student friendly faculty, quality of education is quite good with modern smart board, projector based theory classes and, natural ecosystem and field visit based practical classes. Curriculum is also updated according to UGC guidelines and syllabus of UGC Net.It made me job ready as per UGC guidelines .

Ragging free , safe and sound. Everything available within campus. Being located in Indo Burma biodiversity hotspot the campus itself is a bliss for students. Campus is rich in biodiversity and if you have hobby of birdwatching or leaf collection, you are already in the heaven. I am studying in artificial intelligence because in the current it has a huge growth and job availability is more. The quality of teaching is poor and many of them are highly qualified but they can't express properly. Curriculum is up to date and my study can make my job ready.

The quality of placements at our college for our department is very high many of the students from my department or placed in different companies. Average salary offered in my department is around 7 lakhs per year and my college is supportive.
Campus Life
My campus is surrounded by mountains and the climate in the winter is very cool and in the summer it is pretty hot which makes me sweat all the time. The security system is very high and nobody can enter or go out easily without an I'd card.
