Our college infrastructure is quite decent. There are a lot of open spaces and well maintained greenery. The facilities are all present including laboratories, libraries and hostels. I like the gym. The food is delicious in my opinion.
Academics
The teachers are all very experienced and of high qualifications. They regularly update the syllabus since the world of Computer is ever-growing in a fast pace. Apart from our core subjects, they teach us communication skills which I think is very essential for future as well as jobs.
Placements
I'm not so sure about this since I'm only in the 1st year. But I guess getting placed in good companies depends on self as well. The better one performs the better jobs will be offered by big companies.
Campus Life
The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. The boys nri hostel warden is very friendly and kind.

In our clg campus companies like Infosys ,TCS ,HDFC are coming for recruitment .Around 50%to 60% percent student are placed in campus placement . The student who don't have any KT they will go for CLG placement .for information and technology the average salary is around 16k-18k for placed student.the CLG is very supportive from the first year to last year

Intership opportunities are offered from the beginning. From the 1st year, a lot of companies come for hiring students as interns. Yes, there are a lot of tech fests annual fests. But because of online study, all webinar and all events are going online. Don't know much about campus life because everything is going online but We have an online e-library. The college has a big ground for sports and eca on the campus. The nearest metro station is Netaji Subhash palace metro station, from where their is only 5 mins walking distance to college. Their are so many societies in our clg.

The university is located at the heart of the Guwahati city. The transportation price via bus is not more than 10 rs for students coming from different areas of the city. Talking about the campus life, it's really fun to interact with students all over the North East. The university conducts various fests. However, due to the pandemic I could witness only a music fest back in February. The department is really active and promotes interaction with various public figures which is really amazing!

If you are a CSE or IT student, this will be the best college for you in this area as the placements of cse branch is just amazing. For other branches i can say that you have less options for on campus placement but there are off campus drives which can help. Highest package is of 18-20 lpa. Average package is 3-4 lakh.

Wi-Fi is average. Labs and classrooms are amazing, and the library is speechless. The mess is outstanding. The hostel for first-year is not that good, but it gets good in the second year. The campus is not very big but a peaceful place with 16 acres of area, cricket ground,open study space and one football court. Building being constructed in 1887 is not very spacious but historic and somehow,more old fashioned that you will come to know after seeing the design of gates and windows. Mainly 3 entrance gates,one from Mechanical gate,one hostel gate(on the wadala road) and one Main gate(only place where you can read the name of college). Well I assure you one thing, you will be lost
