SSB Puttaparthi has a dedicated placement cell that manages and coordinates the complete process of recruitments. The SSB Puttaparthi placement cell aims to groom the students and enhance their personalities to help them convert their placement opportunities into job offers. The SSB Puttaparthi placement cell organises special programmes to demonstrate and experience the structure and processes of interviews through mock interviews, aptitude tests and career grooming sessions. Before the students appear before companies for the final round of interviews, the SSB Puttaparthi placement cell organises concept tests, mock GDs, summer internships and aptitude training. Students are also given regular feedback for improvement.
