Eligibility Criteria
Candidates desirous of admission into the 2 years Master's Degree Programme in Engineering and Technology in the branches of Mechanical Engineering (Production Engineering) and Electrical Engineering (Power System Engineering at Seemanta Engineering College, are to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- He / She should have passed the bachelor's Degree Examination in the relevant field from any University of Odisha or equivalent recognized university as defined by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 50% (45% for the candidates belonging to ST/SC category) in the qualifying examination.
- He / She should have possessed a valid rank card of PGAT / GATE.
- He / She should have opted for Seemanta Engineering College as his / her choice for admission into M.Tech. Program during the counseling.
Admission Details
The institute would admit 35 Students per year, for the academic session with a valid Rank in the PGAT (OJEE)/ GATE followed by the counseling process of OJEE, and the rest of 01 seats would be filled up through the NRI quota / Management quota scheme, as decided by the Govt. of Odisha.
