The college has girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a gymnasium to help the students to be physically fit and healthy. It is compulsory for first-year part V Sports students. Special training is given to the part V sports students More than 400 students benefit annually at the college gym. Special training is given to the athletes and sports teams. Equipment in the gym: 12 station multi gym, Cycle, Twister, sitting and standing, Rowers, Treadmill, Vibrator, Bench Press, and Weight Training.

The library of Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College was incepted in 1951. It is a treasure house of resources by disseminating knowledge and information. The library sprawls around an area of 6674 sq.ft. The Library is automated with a digital catalog of books and documents. The collections in the library include books, national and international journals, standard newspapers and magazines and online e-resources, with membership in INFLIBNET-NLIST & NDL. The library provides information services, reference services, bibliographic services, and reprographic services, and is a powerhouse of knowledge, quenching the academic thirst of users. The library is providing a user-friendly environment.

The college has the sports facilities for all students.

Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College has earned a reputation of excellence across a range of computer-based disciplines. Srinivasa Computer Centre established in the year 1985 has State-of-the-art computing facilities. It is the endeavour of the management that every student who enters this portal of higher learning is imparted computer knowledge during the first year of her degree programme. The main objective of the Computer Centre is to provide the best possible and latest computing facilities in a good ambience. The servers which support the LAN also provide Linux environment workstations. Its comprehensive infrastructure includes 5 servers, 253 workstations, and printers spread across 4 labs. A separate Net lab enables the students to update their knowledge in their respective discipline and beyond. The centre has qualified and experienced technicians and programmers to guide the students in improving their computing skills. High-speed Internet facilities are provided to all the departments and across the campus through leased lines.

The canteen facility in the college provides healthy and hygienic food and snacks prepared with great care. Canteen takes extra care to provide nutritious food and refreshments. The Canteen also has a stationary unit.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

In enhancing students’ communication skill through audio-visual aids, the English Language Lab helps to improve listening and speaking skills. The language lab is equipped with a central console and an overhead projector. A laptop with a projector screen, 4 microphones and 3 speakers cater to the needs of the students of various cognitive levels. There are 36 well resourced laboratories in the college. PG & Research Department of Physics has 6 labs - UG, Allied and PG lab. Research labs are ultrasonic and liquid state physics lab, Crystal growth and Characterization lab and Thin film & Nano Science lab. PG & Research Department of Chemistry has 8 labs and 2 instrument room. They are 2 UG labs, PG Organic lab I, PG Inorganic lab II, PG Physical lab , UG Physical Lab, 2 Research Labs, 2 Instrument Rooms Department of Botany has 2 labs - General Lab and Microbiology & Physiology Department of Bio-Chemistry has 3 labs - UG Bio-Chemistry, PG Bio-Chemistry, and PG Microbiology lab Department of Zoology has 3 labs - Allied, Physiology, and Microbiology lab.
